If you are having problems, you basically need to pay money.
Basically what happened to you is you made a purchase, and it let you, for whatever reason, so you spent money that you don’t have. Check your card to see if there is a purchase that keeps not going through, and add that amount.

I already paid a "Free subscription" than can cancel anytime, I unsubscribed after I payed the due amount and after a month this pop up message pops again so frustrating and annoying. It basically wants you to pay monthly like hell I would do that!

Try checking your payment info or updating your payment method in Settings. That usually fixes the ‘Verification Required’ issue.

And i cant even download a free app or check my icloud emails without paying for my apps like tidal music, icloud storage & etc. so i have to pay about $22 before i can check my emails or download any apps. It was frustrating. But i paid it. And unsubscribed after my payments were done.
