Great smartphone overall, I just wish cubot would support up to 2 years of software update. The only issue with these companies is the software side. The hardware itself is amazing for such price point. I mean having Dimensity 8200 on a 175$ smartphone is never heard of. It was the best mid range processor last year and now not even a mid ranger has that chipset. Display is also great and verypunchy colors since it is a LCD and not OLED but for that price no smartphone has OLED display. Speakers also sound great for a cheap smartphone. The battery life is also amazing and charging speed is goos, since we're having iPhone and Google have slower charging speed for smartphones almost 8 times more expensive. I was ordering it last night, but the only thing that stopped me was that software support side. Great review as usual brother Han
Just wow. What a beautiful phone. If they could have just increased the top and bottom bezels to provide space for front firing speakers (and avoiding the hole punch camera) it would be perfect. Regardless, the tasteful design, high speed chipset, and included sd card reader are too much to resist. I will finally let go of one of my Samsung Note 9 phones. Do you know if this phone supports video out so we can use it with Xreal AR glasses? Great video!
I contacted Cubot and they told me they will give software updates for 2 years. I saw a video online for a security update for this phone in June of 2024. I'm hoping this means they are getting better with updates. 👍
ni hao han ! cubot has always been a great brand of smartphones for the budget market ! this phone does everythng one needs to and they didnt overload it with expensive parts and focused on the everyday people ! great phone !!!

The screen on this phone is good for an LCD. Remember its IPS and LCD's have greatly improved over the years. Some LCD's look almost as good as amoled.
