I think people overevaluate the beatmakers who produced for Dre. Both Sam Sneed's and Buddah's beats sounded the same, because they had Dre's influence. The beats were great, but neither Sneed nore Buddah did anything good after Dre. I respect the beatmakers, but don't downplay Dre's role.

@@brianwellbrock8431 he got beat by the a few members of outlawz, the guys from the group six feet deep or at least 6ix from that group, not sure if pac got in some hits but I think sure and pac sat n watched, one of those closed door sessions. Afterward the same day he made an appearance at a death row party with his face all fucked up. He should have known better at the time to be in a music video with a bunch of n.y. rappers representing East Coast. Somebody showed the video to pac, pac to sure, and then they called a meeting. By far one of death rows biggest mistakes was sleeping on sneed. This version is better than the one without him, but this version specifically isn't the full song it's been cut. Ice cubes verse comes in wack after Sam. And shit is rushed all over the place. On a side note, later on in life when sneed was suffering from a brain tumor, sure paid all his medical bills and paid to have his surgery. Thought that was a stand up move by suge. No way should sneeds album have not been released at the time tho, he was working on some hot shit. Blueberries with snoop, lady heroin with flexx, NBK, U betta recognize, all of that is fire 🔥
