Vibrations are quite common in Pulsar 220, simply tighten all the screws and bolts or use double sided tape.

Removing petrol tank is simple after removing the bolt. Disconnect petrol pipe from carburettor and disconnect the green coupler which is connected to petrol level sensor and pull tank backwards. Done
