Great unhaul! I also love to do a spring declutter of my whole home, including books. This year I am being extra thorough with books. I do think you have room for another tall white bookshelf where the shot one is, so I don't understand why you don't get one for there. AS for recycling books - do you not have Little Free Libraries in London? That is where I leave books that are more worn,, ARCs that can't be sold, etc.
Yes I definitely can see another bookshelf fitting there… I am tempted! And nope sadly we don’t have little free libraries in London (or at least where I live.) such a shame! Thanks for watching 😊
Oh, I really need to do a bookshelf spring cleaning as well (and then, I can count that as a workout - feeding two birds with one scone, yeah ^^). Your final result doesn't feel messy at all. It looks pretty neat to me and your collection size is manageable enough that you're able to easily find what you're looking for :) I also really like how you alternate vertical vs horizontal arrangement, it makes me think of those wooden square weaving patterns, it just looks very pleasing to the eye.
