I bought mine about a month a go. decides to just go with the shower head with the steamer way less expensive and I installed it myself I have 6KW steamer and I love it so far its really Quiet and gets steam coming though in about minute. so if your looking for a less expensive model get the $2800 dollar model shower head with the 6kw steamer is all you really need.
We are interested in installing a similar unit by the same company. Do you have to exhaust the steam to the outside of the home? Does the unit condense it back to a liquid to drain? How to you get rid of the steam to prevent mold? Thanks!
I have regular exhaust fan in the bathroom that handles any steam escape, although there is very little. If you turn off the steam for a minute or two before you open the door to leave, barely enough to fog my sink mirror escapes. Yes, steam re-condenses to water to drain. Zero mold, manufacturing materials prevent it. I've never had mold, and I use this daily in the winter. Fantastic product, very well designed. The only change I made was to add a large team bench (from Amazon) and a waterproof rechargeable bluetooth speaker. Enjoy!
moldy? that is horrible. i moved into a house years ago that had been lived in for quite a while with no exhaust fan. I was able to punch clean through the bathroom wall to the outside. It was completely destroyed. ended up replacing the flooring and all the walls. and adding exhaust obviously.
Open the circular cap where the plain vinegar goes (it should only be hand tightened but sometimes you need a pliers to open it), then pour in about a liter of the vinegar, slowly enough so it doesn't overflow. Then turn on the steam, but keep the door open, wait until you start to see the steam barely start, then immediately turn off the unit, completely, which will cause the remaining liquid to automatically empty. You don't want actual vinegar steam, you just want it to boil then shut off. I do this about every 6 weeks... Sorry for the late reply
Do you mind me asking what you paid for this model? I'm comparing several different brands/models and can't find a price range on these without requesting a quote and would prefer not to talk to salespeople just yet
I have a friend interested in getting pretty much this same model. Can you tell me the installation recess you went through? Did you replace your standard shower or what?
I had an existing shower unit that was about 15 years old which I had fun ripping out myself. I prepped the area as best I could for the plumber. I sent the plumber plans to study, which he did. And I had the company switch the side where the steam unit goes to the opposite side (based on where the existing water supply was). They provide instructions for your plumber to do this, but I felt it was better if they did it for an extra hundred bucks. Then it took my plumber about 2-3 days to put the stone floor in (comes with it), and assemble the unit and clean up. I had already had the water lines and the high amperage electric line necessary to handle the power of the steam generation unit in place, because my old unit was a steam unit (but nowhere near as nice, easy to clean, and roomy as this one). High end fixtures. My only 'criticism' is their Bluetooth hookup is dopey. So I just got a nice waterproof BT speaker, and it's a better speaker anyway. Also, don't bother with the 'internal radio' , either. Clunky. Literally everything else is phenomenal. It comes in several widths, I was able to go with the biggest, which I think is 40 inches. Definitely enough to seat two adults comfortably on the bench I bought on Amazon. It comes with two wooden benches, but they are better as footrests (or a third seat). I use them to hold my freeweights because I do reps in the shower. Good luck. You need a good plumber. I think my guy charged me $650-$750.

Teak, not team...
Super nice what does it cost to install?
can all the shower heads run at once? and does mold grow under the wood floor boards?
No mold.
Hi do u know where does steams go after using because in my current home my bathroom get very multi after 3-4 month because of steams
You need to install an exhaust fan in your bathroom. I have one and it takes care of the humidity problem.

So the pressure of the body jets go way down if any other valve turned on?
Correct.
Ben, Can you explain how to pour the Vinegar for descaling??

is it still working?
Perfectly!
@@benzelman Well give us an update video already.
How come your hesitant to give us an estimate for the cost of the project?
The unit was about $4,500 as I recall, and installation was about $900.

@@benzelman thank you sir! One last question, can you use multiple water features at the same time or just one at a time?
@@kevinkevin624 one at a time, but that hasn't reduced my enjoyment of this unit.
@@benzelman thanks! Really appreciate you doing this video. I have the company now liked on Facebook and will contact them soon for a quote.
Where did you buy this? What brand?
