Good to see Killdozer back on track Jeff. The camera ride across the yard was the most strange viewpoint sequence You have come up with yet. Thanks again for sharing this adventure with us. Best Wishes to everyone at Anderson Construction, their Families and Friends. #D9G
Jeff it took over a thousand experiments for Thomas Edison to nail down the incandescent light bulb that lasted over 13 hours. His associates grew frustrated and hopeless but Tommy kept at it. You have that same spirit that drives you. Myself, at 70 y.o. get inspired by your work ethics. Thanks to all of your family members, friends and subscribers (and D9's) that keep you going.
The old girl is ready for the ball tonight. She has new shoes and a face-lift. I'm glad you are getting closer, Jay, to having the D9 back in the dirt again.
Track tensioner is ready for the grease gun. Operating the mechanic's crane from inside the 'dozer: fine example of ______ rigging. Great video as always.
Jeff "WIN"s"! my vote for combining torturous (single-handed) & patiently dogged Cat-Skinner "Impressive" Individual determination in getting this old beast (Kill-Dozer) back together "Hip-Hip Hurrah"! = Anderson Construction Inc. my very favorite (For many years) , Quality Video Series (Period)!! Bye the Bye, this reminds me of what it must have been like for my father and his two brothers' during WW2 up on the "Alcan Highway" in Alaska working as Construction Mechanics! Proud of you Jeff, you are an Inspiring Individual, I am sure your Wife and Boys agree! Thanks Again, Harlyn H. "Lefty" Rohr
Could really use a 320 with a thumb for a few weeks in November.😂 we rented a 60G last November and ran the shit out of it. Have a great appreciation for the amount of patience that it takes to complete a project now. Fat guy in a little cab and slow but steady pace is not what I’m used too.
Holy crapola, did I hear the Steve Austin jump theme in there Jeff, wouldn’t surprise me knowing you. I watch this video Jeff and wouldn’t it be nice if you had Steve’s strength or a Bewitched nose wiggle, man that old steel is just such dead weight. Anyway mate your persisted and gotta done, well done
Most people who say "just buy new equipment instead of fixing that old junk" are armchair idiots who have no idea how much new heavy equipment costs. A new 637 gotta be well over a million dollars now - that kind of coin allows for some serious financial wiggle-room when it comes to refurbishing 30 to 50 year old kit 😂. A million dollar machine needs an ass on that seat, all day, everyday, probably multiple shifts a day to make it pay for itself.
@@wlogue Yup, and they still use thousand's of gallons of diesel a year, tens of thousands of dollars in tyres, cutting edges, resealing cylinders and replacing rods where the chrome gets dinged from rocks ect
Hi Jeff, good to see that tractor, I just loved them. My father had a D9e with a cable blade, rear mount pcu, later on I worked for a bloke that had the 9G, bit of a difference, and some years late I was on a 9H. Personally I think these were the best, good solid feel about them, would have been good with the oscillating undercarriage. Never had the privilege of the air cab though. As you say, the new stuff breaks and wears out too, just costs a lot for the high tech that has to have a computer to fix. Just dam good to see her still working, thanks from Australia. Almost forgot, did you think about using a couple of car tyre's in the middle of the chain pulling the track over the sprocket to give a bit of spring in it, they are tough as old boots for that, just don't tell any one.
ha ha ! even the six million dollar man needs a side kick , Jeff it's hard enough fixing up the D 9 , BUT to do it at our age with no help , YOUR THE MAN !!!!!!
Great work getting that back together mostly by yourself!! We could tell the struggle was real at some points. Gotta love those old dozers. They just keep working. It looks awesome with the new undercarriage on there. Keep up the good work! Appreciate you taking us along on the journey. I’ve picked up a few tips and tricks from your videos that will help us as we do an undercarriage on one of our D8K’s.
LOL. The new stuff takes 5 times longer to work at. You need to dismantle half of the machine for a censor and what not.... on any brand. And that censor failed because it was made from material sold by the lowest bidder. Ofcourse now we need those censor.... it needs to alert us for a blown hose, again, made by the lowest bidder. It takes also 5 times longer to weld on, as it has been made with thinner steel-plates (cheaper steel, "tchyneeze" steel), and you need to model almost everything with thicker plate just to make sure you won't have to come back to it because there'll be way more other things to look after in the short run, a very short run.
Look out dirt and rocks here comes kill dozer, Old Jeff is here ! Jeff strikes again ! Spent nearly fifty years working on big iron can appreciate all you do all the troubles and triumphs !! If I had too do it all over again I wouldn't change a thing ! Good job Jeff !
You know,I was just thinking about my days squawking about how unfair the flat rate book was. Which it is. When things go even slightly sideways with your selection of much heavier tired iron, the stuff you got to pull out of your derriere just to get it done somehow is a whole level of different. Or creative. With other tired iron needed, which also needs repair. It would appear that Jeff wins, just not by losing. Hope you got a nice meal out of the day. The salmon and rice is just about ready.
I know the slipping drum brake is a PIA, but that Galion, wow. TrackCam was a bit weird, not gonna lie. Great seeing the 9G under power again, well done.
Woo Hoo Getting Close That inside link probably moved a little when the pin was pressed in. Not uncommon to have to tweak a little to get bolts in. But you knew that! TGP
I feel like i watch all your videos and I don't remember you talking about all the broken machinery at the dealer. Maybe I fell asleep in the recliner.
To bad you couldn't do like they did in the old videos of world war two tank production. 4 or 5 guys pulling one end of the track over the top of the track frame 😂😂 and you would be all set. But in the end Jeff won was there any doubt.
Steve Austin wins again Jeff , but did it cost you six million $ though . You deserve six million views awesome job mostly by yourself . A huge thumbs up from me . Cheers and beers from Aus 🇦🇺👍
Bionic man ! only us oldies would get that !!!
Given his proficiency with the camera, 6-Million-Dollar-Paydirt could probably adequately re-create some of the other special effects.
Good to see Killdozer back on track Jeff. The camera ride across the yard was the most strange viewpoint sequence You have come up with yet.
Thanks again for sharing this adventure with us.
Best Wishes to everyone at Anderson Construction, their Families and Friends.

Thanks for the show Jeff 🍻

upside down slided view, loved it. Thanks for all the familiar CAT sounds.
Can't wait to see how much better it pushes.
The old girl is ready for the ball tonight. She has new shoes and a face-lift. I'm glad you are getting closer, Jay, to having the D9 back in the dirt again.
Gotta feel good now Jeff, its almost ready to earn again.
Jeff wins again. The carnival ride at the end was awesome. Glad it’s all coming together. Thanks for sharing. Take care and stay safe.
She gonna feel like a new tractor bud! Them sharp yeller grousers man, cool!
Good job Pal!! Sure was a nice project, I’ll bet you are happy now it’s finished!!
Looks like Jeff Won, nice work !
Glad to see you use all the equipment in your arsenal!,
Good job mate looking forward to seeing you work on more old projects
Track tensioner is ready for the grease gun. Operating the mechanic's crane from inside the 'dozer: fine example of ______ rigging. Great video as always.
It sure does suck to work by yourself but you get it done 🤘. And the old stuff doesn't have the sensors or emissions crap. Dealer has great views.
Jeff Wins - awesome job persevering through that unbelievable project, and basically by yourself - amazing!
Nothing looks as good as fresh track gear on a machine 🤗😇👌

Sounds better than last time it was in the river. 🙂
Atta boy Jeff! You’re the man. The ending clip always puts a smile on my face
Great to see the tracks back on bro, I guess Jeff wins there. Safe travels. Ken.
Many small wins are adding up to a big finally! 🎉 Get'er did!

And a tech savvy person 24/7 to chase the electronics!

Old dog for hard road and the pup for the path.🙈🔥👍☘️

ha ha ! even the six million dollar man needs a side kick , Jeff it's hard enough fixing up the D 9 , BUT to do it at our age with no help , YOUR THE MAN !!!!!!
IT’S ALIVE !! IT’S ALIVE !!
Nice 6 million dollar man reference.
Cool footage of the camera on the track. Rounding third an headed for home.
I knew you would win Jeff, it just takes a little longer these days.
Great show as always Jeff.

Steve Austin replay. And Jeff wins again. Cool ride on track plate, coming and going.
Winner winner, Steak and Lobster Dinner!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is damn hard work, this dozer better be worth it
Congratulations on finishing the undercarriage project with minimal help!!!
Great effort 👌
Hell you maybe an older dog.... but looks like you can still bearya Bone 👍👍👍👍
Outstanding!
Is the track running over the tractor or the tractor running over the track? 😂 She'll be a whole different machine with that Big Blade up front.

Now the blade and ready for work.
Thanks for the video.
Thouroughly enjoyed the CAT drive thru. Too bad they won’t let you walk around and explain the equipment that peeks your interest
Great video Jeff glad to see Killdozer with a new set of tracks and undercarriage. Yes Sir Jeff Wins again! 🏆
Well done Jeff! The yellow girls always keep you fit ;-)
Well done Jeff!
I can't remember if you needed to work on the engine or anything else after this.
It has been fun watching you fix the undercarriage. Thanks

Hope you got a nice meal out of the day. The salmon and rice is just about ready.
I bet those new grousers tear things up! And it doesn't squeak and squeal anymore.
Jeff the D 6T is a good pushing tractor. I've operated one a lot. For the size it's good tractor!
That hurt my knee replacement just watching!
Good job Jeff
I know the slipping drum brake is a PIA, but that Galion, wow.
TrackCam was a bit weird, not gonna lie. Great seeing the 9G under power again, well done.

Doing it all by your lonesome, Jeff, is a very particular art of skill
Just spectacular my Friend

That inside link probably moved a little when the pin was pressed in.
Not uncommon to have to tweak a little to get bolts in.
But you knew that!

It's a shame Steve Austin hadn't showen up earlier, he would of been a great help to Jeff with some of those lifts.🤣
D6t one of the finest dozers I've ever run, I real Cadillac, that's where the high drive shines over conventional, way smoother and more comfortable
Hey up Jeff you done good mate now you've got a your tractor back and almost got a dozer
Track cam that was cool thanks
Ha, The Six Million Dollar Man. Haven't heard that sound in a while.
Steve Austin, astronaut. A man barely alive. Gentlemen, we can rebuild it. We have the technology.
The 450 backhoes are very popular in New York along with the 430s. But a lot of 450s.
We're giving her all she's got Jim 😉.
Cool stuff
That’s quite the shop there at cat
The upside to the older equipment is you don't need a degree in IT to work on it.
Hey Jeff, what in the **ll are they doing to the north bound lanes between Blackfoot and Rose?
I feel like i watch all your videos and I don't remember you talking about all the broken machinery at the dealer. Maybe I fell asleep in the recliner.
Well I am a great sleeping pill
Can wait for old Kenny and a bell dump trailer to match it !?!?
To bad you couldn't do like they did in the old videos of world war two tank production. 4 or 5 guys pulling one end of the track over the top of the track frame 😂😂 and you would be all set. But in the end Jeff won was there any doubt.
Jeff wins!
Bionic man, LMAO!
Steve Austin wins again Jeff , but did it cost you six million $ though . You deserve six million views awesome job mostly by yourself . A huge thumbs up from me . Cheers and beers from Aus 🇦🇺👍
Yep
Jeff wins again. . . . 💪
Old stuff is the bestas stuff.
So let’s be honest, how many times have you put anti seize on the inside of the other scraper hands door latch?🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Looks like your wire has got the three finger Joe treatment , wouldn't it be better to click your heels together or snap your fingers ?
Gotta the old dependable stuff
🤩👍👍
How much is that piece weigh you were hauling
