I had left fnaf mid 2016 and came back in very late 2021, I only ever loved and knew the older more iconic songs and only ever liked very few of modern day songs, this one officially makes it one of a handful that I now enjoy!
Something about it feeling more peaceful itches my brain, I almost never come across songs like these
Boy I come back in the same year like you but since 2017 I left it to come back in the end of 2021

This song is actually one of the older ones, released after Sister Location but before Pizzeria Simulator. I always liked how this song (both original and acoustic versions) reflected the haunted animatronics' suffering in a melancholic manner, while most other FNAF songs are always super upbeat
Oh my goodness, this and dream your dream are my comfort songs, they're both so calming and reassuring, they touch my heart so easily, I almost cried to this version
This was one of the most beautiful pieces of fnaf music that I have ever heard and is just as calming sad and beautiful as the original.❤

Such an angelic quality to the Jordan LaCore's voice, it's a weirdly comforting contrast to the rather grim subject the lyrics portray. That, along with the subtle male voice coming in at the bridge of the song is a nice touch too. Astounding work, TryHardNinja.

cool acoustic. Your acoustic versions are always quality and feelingly to listen to. But i think The transition at 01:58 could be softer. You can recognize that there is a cut because it suddenly gets peaceful while it was more energetic. idk maybe it's just me.
