First in the start u said if plasma remains in tissue it causes swelling then later u said WB leads to dilation of Lymph vessls that causes inability to take lymph from tissues so causes swelling??? Lymph or plasma what is correct answer????

I meant fluid in both the cases. Lymph word will be more appropriate in this case. Lymph and plasma both are mainly fluid but as plasma is component of blood then it is better to use lymph or fluid in this case.
