Showcasing the fully upgraded performance & customization of a 851HP BMW M3 E30 Evolution II which is one of the few upcoming abandoned cars. The customization, speedcars and performance stats is shown at the end of the video. The overall performance is being shown in 3 singleplayer events, + 1 baitcrate event as bonus. Played with keyboard and manual transmission.

BMW M3 E30 race spec performance review:
The lap times don't lie on the BMW M3 E30's performance. It is at the 911 Carrera RSR and Koenigsegg Regera's level, and this is probably the car to look forward to if you are just sick of the OP duos online.
There is just so many good things about the M3. It's acceleration is strong both engine and NOS accel wise. It has very high cornering speed at all types of turns, from low to high speed with a large enough drift angle. It has very good downforce and it's really planted on the road which gives you great confidence in pushing the car to it's limits compared to... Regera where who knows you may fly to space from hitting a stone.
Both it's handbrake and brake to drift response is really sharp. It has great drift recovery speed too at all speeds but you need to be careful at low speed hairpin turns as you might drift too much and lose up all of that speed momentum at corner exits.
How does it compare with 911 RSR and Regera:
Lap times in Ember Valley Showdown and Mountain Run shows that it is in par with the 911 Carrera RSR but in Midnight Run it is a bit slower. That's because the 911 RSR still has slightly better NOS accel than the M3 E30. Also a small reliability issue, the 911 RSR can reliably exit corners smoothly but for the M3 E30 it highly depends on your racing line.
Those are tiny nitpicking issues, but say hello next alternative race spec car that can rival the OP duos.

Why EA dont let all cars have 399 lvl AND superbuild option? There lots of decent cars like RSX and STi that just pushed aside by OP AF RSRs and Regeras.

I dont get why there is no challenger and charger hellcats or a challenger demon. The srt8 is also a lvl 299 max which also sucks

Interesting. Was this car any good in the previous NFS? I don't remember ever hearing about it there, so I guess they redid this one, unlike the RSR and Huracan which are kind of the same as last time.

Yes it was a great car, not as fast as a porsche rsr, but much much better than average (same level of honda s2000 and nissan silvia)
It has decent acceleration and the cornering speed was good but a bit unreliable handling.
I actually did fairly well with this car in the 2015 version on PS4 :)
Idk if you noticed yet, but it seems Runner class cars are now elligible in online speedlists for race events, maybe you could revisit Runner Class cars in general for that matter.

Got the car no regrets one of my favourite cars in the game, though it is really hard to upgrade
Everytime I watch this guy's race vids, he almost always have an open road but when I try to race, there's like a bajillion cars on the road. Not to mention the invisible walls.
Jeffrey Cruz you know that depends on what race you choose.. Almost every Silver Six races has a lot of traffic cars, but Graveyard Shift's races dont have that much, and this is probably one of reason why is Moutain Run so good to set times, also traffic in Payback is scripted for every race.
After MSWGR makes video and E30 comes out:

Don't forget the Porsche 918 Snyder I went 260 mph in less than 20 seconds its the second fastest car in the game.
II JayX3 II Spyder can't even go 245 mph... its maybe the 5th fastest if you want a great car, use the beetle

Beetle has the acceleration but it's brake response + handbrake drift is very weak.

I use the m4 level 392 race that’s the quickest I can get it as 399 makes it slower but online circuit races it beats pretty much any car in the game only flaw is the max speed is 231
How would you compare car customization in Payback to Carbon? Also, could you do a little Carbon footage for us? You seem to be a big fan of the game, as I am. x3 I'd be interested to see what kind of cars you use and how you drive.
Well Payback is mostly licensed parts while Carbon is more on fictional parts. I did make a Carbon footage mod long time ago.
