Some of the diagrams helped, but I find myself rewinding dozens of times, asking myself "wtf was that?" Maybe a simple "x8 spruce slabs" or "x3 oak trap doors" on the screen would help immensely.

I'm building this in my creative world because it's by far the only tree house that represents what my tree house looks like!
(We have DID and in the inner world I have this gigantic tree house and this build looks 99% like it, I'm very happy I found this so that I can add it to my minecraft representation of the inner world)

Baue momentan auch dein Baumhaus nach (allerdings mit Fichtenholz da ungluecklicherweise kein Dschungel in der Naehe ist xD) und bin sehr begeistert wie einfach und gut nachzuverfolgen deine Technik ist. Guter Kamerawinkel, sodass man immer weiss wo man jetzt ist. Bin aber am Ende doch ein paar Mal durcheinandergekommen. XD Hatte vorher begonnen ein anderes Baumhaus zu bauen und die Anleitung war einfach grauenvoll. Man musste die Geschwindigkeit des Videos extrem verlangsamen und alles wurde vom selben Winkel gefilmt, sodass man zwar seine Figur sah wie sie das Haus baute, aber sonst im Dunkeln darueber tappte wo denn jetzt was gebaut wurde. Da ziehe ich doch deine Videos vor. Starte entweder heute oder morgen mit dem 2. Teil deiner Videoserie. :) Danke fuer diese tolle Anleitung!

thanks for the tutorial, instead of builduing the tree by hand I´m using one of the Twilight Forest mod
my friend sent me all of the parts at 3 this morning,i am now on my 3rd coffee trying to make this masterpiece,while they laugh their ass off (we are on a video call)
hahaha😂 The first part is by far the worst and most difficult, because of the tree trunk and the branches. But the rest should go relatively quickly

That's a mistake on my part, sorry. I didn't know at the time of recording that this feature only works in Minecraft Java Edition. If you play in Minecraft Bedrock Edition you just have to put a fence at the trapdoor and then attach the lantern to it.
@@DiddiHD you can’t also place a fence at a trapdoor, anything basically

I’m playing on Java and I have all the same stuff, but how do you stack the trapdoors, and place blocks on them? It just makes them fold the other way when I try to do that
You have to sneak while putting one trapdoor on top of another :)

How do you get the lanterns on the trapdoors? It's not letting me place them
Sorry, that was a mistake on my part. I recorded the video in the Minecraft java version.... unfortunately it doesn't work in the Bedrock version, so you have to put e.g. a fence at the trapdoor and then the lantern at it 😊
If you're playing Minecraft Java Edition, press SHIFT to sneak (default setting) and while sneaking, you can place lanterns on trapdoors. If it's Minecraft Pocket/Bedrock Edition you're playing on the other hand, as for now it's impossible to do so. You can have alternatives, though (e.g., slabs, fences, walls).
I fixed the trapdoor problem by breaking the trapdoor and instead of putting slabs only where I needed to put lanterns.

You can also use a slab instead of a trapdoor. Or do you mean you don't know how to put two trapdoors directly under each other? You just have to set one and sneak so that you can put the other one on top without opening the trapdoor.
I'm working on part 2 right now. From the first platform to the next door, how many blocks is that? I'm hoping I didn't make my tree too big.
If you add 15 blocks on top of the first platform you should be on the level from the second platform (sorry this tutorial was my first one I made over three years ago... its not so easy and maybe a bit hard to rebuild😂
