At first I tried to not use google translate but realized I don't know how to make proper sentences yet, so far I can read hiragana, katakana, and I know like 400+ words, the particles(kinda...), and a little bit of grammar.

Sir you are doing a wonderful job but i want to ask you something I've just seen video about reasons not to move Japan. Is it possible that anyone who is not white and good-looking not able to get job in Japan. Don't get me wrong

As you might already know, it is tough to get a job in Japan and stay for years as a foreigner if you don't have any family members in Japan. What I think the easiest way is to teach English in Japan if you're a native English speaker. Some people I know worked as an English teacher and stayed in Japan for at least a few years. (Also, one of my friends was a JET)
If teaching English is not an option, your next option is... (1) to study at a university in Japan and try to get a job after that, (2) find a Japanese person to marry lol or (3) become a HIGHLY skilled professional in your home country in a field that you can use your skills in Japan as well. If you have skills in demand with some experience, you might be able to find a job when you visit Japan.
Another way I can think of is to find a Japanese company in your home country (if any) and work there for some time and ask them to transfer you to a job in Japan. In any case, you would have to be reasonably fluent in Japanese. I think a lot of jobs require JLPT N2. Most of the reasonable jobs in Japan require a 4-year university degree. I know that some areas or companies in Japan accept people that can do jobs that are not very popular among Japanese people. For example, fishery, elderly care, etc. My personal assumption but these jobs are physically hard or/and not really high paying jobs. Also, for elderly care, you would have to study Japanese crazy hard and study high level Japanese that is necessary for the industry.
If I was a foreigner and wanted to live in Japan so badly, I would go for English teaching. If that was not an option, I would study abroad in Japan or acquire skills that are in demand and become fluent in Japanese as much as possible. If I could find a Japanese company in my field in the home country, I would work there and get experience with the job and doing business with Japanese people.
Lastly, I am thinking outside of the box and this is my personal guess and opinion. I am not very familiar with this route but it might be possible. If you become successful in business in the home country, you might be able to found a company in Japan or invest a lot of money in Japan to get a visa. That’s pretty much all I can think of right now. It’s not easy at all but I wouldn’t say it’s impossible.
