Dharan's people react to their mayor, Harka Sampang Rai. He has been elected as an independent candidate for the post of Mayor of Dharan, having 'Walking stick/Lauro' as the electoral symbol via the 2022 local election
Harka Sampang Rai is also famous for his Facebook status. Recently he criticized Balen (mayor of Kathmandu) for not managing waste in the capital city of Nepal. But are the people of Dharan okay with such criticism of another famous independent candidate? Are people of Dharan happy with Harka Sampang's work so far?
