    “I’m not changing my technique” girl I heard that!!! That’s my thing too, I know how I like to use products and if they don’t work the way I want to use it then it doesn’t work for ME…… your wash n go still looks nice but I agree about not getting enough days out of fluffy wash n go’s 😍

    • @NaturalRaeRae
      @NaturalRaeRae  2 роки тому +1

      Yeah, dry hair after two days and dusting just don't work for me. The volume is everything though.

    • @curlynella1011

      I definitely agree with that. I like my hair to look weighed down the first day and expand day to day. A lot of UA-camrs be wanting day 3/4 hair on day one or they pick their out their hair to a frizz ball and say they love it.

    • @NaturalRaeRae
      @NaturalRaeRae  2 роки тому +3

      @@curlynella1011 I also like full hair on day 1, but I also want flake free hair. I could deal with the volume, it's the snow I can't deal with and I need lasting moisture.

    Your videos are so helpful and are saving me time and money!!!! Our hair is quite similar and the products that work for you my hair also responds to positively! Thank you, Happy Mother's Day 💐

    Even though I've seen it countless times, I'm always amazed how much product thick hair naturals can go through. I have fine, low/medium density hair, with a silky surface texture and that bottle of gel would probably last me at least 50 styling sessions. No lie. I could do my whole head with probably 4-6 pumps (at least if it's anything like UFD Curly Magic). 😅

    • @NaturalRaeRae
      @NaturalRaeRae  2 роки тому +3

      Girl, I bet you save a lot of money. There is no way I can do my whole head with 4-6 pumps of gel. This is thicker than UFD, though, that gel is thinner and spreads through the hair easier than this gel. Thanks for watching.

      @@NaturalRaeRae Yes, I can definitely save money (when I’m not being a product junkie 😅).

    Great review! I use the other TGIN moisturizing gel in their moisture line. It seems to be similar to that one in that it’s lightweight and more volume producing. That is good for my hair because I have finer strands and medium density hair, so I am always looking for more volume. What I have done in the past is use the moisture cream in their moisture line under the moisturizing gel in their moisture line and that has allowed for a better moisturized result. I loved your results though and thank you for sharing these products!

    Your results were beautiful! I love the volume 😍 however I know when I have that much volume day 1 it doesn't last long. You shouldn't have to make a product work. There are too many products out there for that nonsense 😒. TGIN has never spoke to me for some reason 🤷🏾‍♀️ I did just buy the rose water mousse for my daughter tho. She likes to refresh with mousse.

    Hey Rae,
    I am not a fan of the gel, but I do love the shampoo, DC and leave in from this line😉

  • @lcvingjae5979

    I have this gel, and I share the same feelings about it. I also agree there are better gels, and I prefer the Camille Rose curl maker. But I still want to use this up so I don't waste money. I prefer to use this gel with the Aunt Jackie's leave in, the "Quench" leave in. I usually place a mousse on top to prevent a cast, or I use oil to break it up after my hair dries. I also had some issues with the flaking so I started spraying more water on my hair when I use the gel. In other words, I have to do a lot to make the gel work. I think the gel works better for slicking my hair into a puff. I have also tried the shampoo and deep conditioner. I love the shampoo, but the DC didn't do much for me. Thanks for this review!

    You know what, I used this on one of my daughter's hair to see if she got any dusting as well and I actually did a reverse wash and go. There was not an ounce of dust. I have a whole bottle of this gel and can't bring myself to waste it lol so I think I may try it that way next time. I really like the leave in though.

    Hello, great content. I like to take product tips from those with same or similar hair types. When I say type means porosity, I don't think curl pattern has much to do with it. When taking product advice porosity does matter. There are certain ingredients that have a different reaction on low and high porosity hair. Do you mind posting your porosity, example I am High porosity with small to medium curls and coils so my hair and glycerin are not friends at all.... What's your porosity?

    • @NaturalRaeRae
