you'll need following ingredients to make this cookie
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup icing sugar
pinch of salt
1 tbsp vanilla essence
2 eggs
3 cups flour
1tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 cup chocolate chunks
Bake at 160C for 12-15 min

I tried your recipe today , It turned out awesome Jzk .. it yielded 13 big cookies . i made slight changes though. I did not wait for the burnt butter to settle and just let it cool a bit and then added other things. I used granulated sugar instead of icing sugar. and I changed the sequence of adding the ingredients as I usually do that is: butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla then dry ingredients and then chocolate. I didnt have time so I put the cookie balls in freezer for 10 hours and baked them from frozen. they took 16 mins to bake completely. thank you 😊

You can bake them instantly but they'll spread and won't be as thick and the flavor is also better when you keep it in the fridge
