As always, we go through WBD's financials, latest earnings report, risk-reward, potential and more before going through a valuation and my price targets and conclusions!
Thank you, very interesting and useful as always! People really is underestimating WBD, it's too cheap and too pessimistic. I may add even a little bit more despite having a relatively big position, I also love owning some of the best IP or movies ever! I'll keep DCAing a bit more I think. I hope they show positive signs and people start rethinking it!
Already purchased this recently at $7, and will add more if they go to $6 or lower. Truth be said the recent quarter was rather disappointing, but I won't get rid of it unless that becomes a trend.

Im interested, but things are just too volatile nowadays...if we get into a recession this can go to 5, even 4. I will wait at least how things fold out until the election
It can fall even more, for sure. Again, this risk-reward is not for a majority of us. If I see it fall like that for no solid reason, I'd likely buy more. I don’t mind volatility 👍
@@Investing_With_Andrew me to - I own more than 30000 shares now... although I am not sure if I overdid it a little maybe ^^ if it goes below 6$ I will buy more (as long as I still believe in the turn around story!)
Wbd valuation is just too good and getting better however i have to say the quality of business is deteriorating a little. DTC ddint had any revenue growth at all despite 3 million subscription increase. I think at best dtc can cover 33% of the quarterly decline of legacy business. Davis zaslav seems to be looking at things short term rather than long term too looking at the moves he makes.Eg, HOD episodes per season was cut by 2 recently. However i think i agree the Olympics will be one major tailwind and another major tailwind i predict is the presidential election . Discovery previously benefited from the increased advertisement leading to the election before
Thanks for the comment! I think we'll have to wait and see. They expect DTC profitability this year, which would be interesting if they manage to achieve 2 years after launching it. This took Netflix/Disney+ about 5 years to do, although they had HBO/Discovery+ before 🤔
