Jelly custard no bake dessert cups. Easy and Yummy gluten free dessert!

Super easy, quick and absolutely delicious jelly custard dessert cups! No baking and no fuss and no gluten! Only few ingredients and ready in no time. Perfect gluten free treat with cup of coffee or tea, incredible party dessert table idea!
This dessert can be made in advance and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
RECIPE:
makes 8 x 160ml / 6 oz cups
Cups from amzn.to/3ggpcDp
Jelly layer:
We need 600ml (2 + 1/2 cups) of jelly, please refer to your jelly instructions as it may vary.
I have: 2 x 85g strawberry flavour jelly powder sachets
550ml (2 + 1/4 cups) boiling water to dissolve the jelly powder
Custard layer:
2 heaping tbsp custard powder
2 tbsp sugar
600ml (2 + 1/2 cups) milk
Cream layer:
200ml (3/4 cups + 2 tbsp) whipping cream
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
For decoration:
fresh strawberries or any other fruits

Thank you! So glad you like it ☺️ most of the desserts with cream can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. If dessert contains fresh fruits then storage time will be shorter depending on the fruit used. Hope this helps ;)
