Oh gosh Mits.... I’m lactose intolerant too and I don’t let it stop me either. Im currently slowly moving away from coffee and enjoying tea more. I still find myself adding cream and sugar, even when it isn’t needed. I love the bakery items from the konbini and that one looks amazing! I too love the crispy cheeesy bits. Movie theatres in my city are mostly reserving seats also. There are some theatres that still allow you to buy your ticket last minute, but you choose seats that are mostly not together. There was a movie theatre near my high school where the price was $1.50 for a LONG time.....but they have now closed. I don’t really remember my first movie experience, it wasn’t something that we went to when I was younger. Thank you as always for sharing and playing with paper today! I’ve been able to pre-decorate some journal pages for the next few days.
Fun video! Thanks for sharing-I love this type of video so please keep doing them! You definitely have a Canadian accent-it makes me smile when you say "Eh?". When we order pizza we order it well-done, so it has those darker bits of cheese and dough-yum! Have a great day Mits!
I love this type of video. Please do more. My first movie in a theater was probably Bed Nobs and Broom Sticks in 1971. I was 5. I remember seeing the first Rocky as well in 1976.
Loving your layering and your chatting! I loved The Circle. It was a fun social experiment and I found it hilarious! On Netflix I'd suggest Workin' Moms, Lost In Space, The Witcher, Locke and Key, and You. I have a ton more but that should get you started. I miss the days when movies were reasonably priced. You could go with the whole family, get snacks, and not feel like you needed a small fortune to do so. Fun video!
In the Bay Area, California it is becoming more common to have to reserve your seats at the movies. I actually prefer it!! :) I LOVE your idea to repurpose your chic sparrow!! I have a Sojourner traveler's folio that is sitting empty and this would be the perfect way to use it!! Thank you for that brilliant idea!! My first movie ever was Star Wars: Return of The Jedi The Adventures of Milo & Otis. :) That was a cute film.
Haha I could tell you were Canadian the first time I watched one of your videos :) I didn't realize how much I say "eh" until I lived in the UK and people would point it out 😄 I love this longer chatty style video!
I have to write as I watch so I won't forget to mention things as we go. :) I giggled at "the gurgles"! I agree...cheese is worth it! Your snack is making me hungry for bread and cheese! lol LOVE your adaptation of the plastic bag to hold bits and pieces. That's a great use for it. All the theaters in my city now have the reserved seat feature (though you CAN still take your chance and buy your ticket last minute). The chairs are like recliners (you push a button and the foot rest moves up to whatever position you want). The best part is knowing your party can all sit together and you don't have to arrive early in order to have a good seat. The bad part, there is a fee for doing this online and the capacity of each theater is now MUCH smaller than before so movies sell out quickly. Talk about aging yourself with a movie reference...the first movie I remember seeing in the theater was Sleeping Beauty. It came out in 1959. :O Thanks so much for such a great video. I love when you share a snack and chat with us while you create!
Thank you Mits for this video! I have had it saved in my Watch list for awhile but have been having a planner meltdown recently, ha! I think today I have sorted out my dilemma and came on here to watch something and saw your video and it was exactly what I wanted! In fact I am now going to make a playlist of a bunch of your videos to watch as I journal! Also, I don't hear your Canadian accent .... might be because I'm Canadian too :)
I really like long, chatty videos! If you don't know what else to talk about, I liked when you talked (I think in a q&a video awhile back) about what kinds of music you're into and stuff like that, just your interests. I'd also be interested in hearing more about Japan or a comparison of Japan to Canada-even simple stuff, like what kind of nature stuff is around each place you've lived (plants, animals, what parks are like, stuff like that). I live in the US, and I've lived in a couple different states. I noticed the squirrels are different each place I've lived. When I lived in the upper Midwest, the squirrels were either grey/white, or completely black, however in the southern part of that state they were only brown/bright orange, and they were all chunky. Now I live in the MidAtlantic, and the squirrels are gray and scrawny, but it's pretty warm most of the year, so they don't have to fatten up. Where I lived in the upper Midwest, plants had to be pretty hardy since it gets so cold in the winter (though the soil is very rich), but where I live now there are cacti species that survive outside okay and even small banana plants can make it, with good care, but they don't produce bananas. I'd like to hear anything like that about the places you've lived. :)
I love crispy, dark, near-burnt cheese on pizza and stuff!!! I deliberately bake my frozen pizzas a bit too long so the cheese gets dark. It's so good! I drink only tea. I love coffee, but I can't handle caffeine anymore, it makes me sick. So I drink herbal tea. I've been really into ginger/lemon tea lately. I'm into your paper layers, that's not really something I think of doing.
Just subscribed. Love your channel. My first movie at the theater was Charlotte's Web. I was in 3rd grade. Where I live now, in the burbs, we have to order our tickets and pick our seats in advance too. We still have theaters where you don't pay in advance/pick seats but they are in the city.
These videos are really nice. My first movie at the theater...I think it was Beauty and the Beast. Also, over here in the Netherlands all theater seats are pre booked. So no random seating, which I think it great. I love picking my seat.
Love hanging with you Mits! Love seeing how you prep your pages. You can use the old calendar as a junk journal also. Just collage over the pages. I remember $2 Tuesdays for sure. I think my first movie was at a drive in with my family in Barbados. I was 16 and we saw the first Star Wars. How's that for dating myself? And yes you have a Canadian accent. 😁Also loved hearing you enjoy your sandwich. I also craft on my dining table. 🤗💞😘😘😁
Loving the layering in your passport size, I've recently started doing layering pages in my brown larger sized Travellers Company TN. I don't journal on them, i just have fun with different bits of paper, it's so so relaxing. Your breakfast snack made me feel quite hungry and looked very tasty. I spent this morning baking, so I'm looking forward to having a slice of buttered Canadian Malt loaf after my dinner tonight. Totally agree with you about the crispy bits of cooked cheese, growing up my Mum use to make a lunch time meal called ' Cheese on a plate'. It was so easy and so tasty. Of course it's not exactly good for you but we didn't really worry about it back then. I occasionally make it now for my husband and I, he's a huge cheese fan. Basically you spread butter or good margarine on an old plate. Then grate a good layer of a nice cheese on top, a good strong Cheddar works very well. Spread it out over the plate. Add some finally sliced onions or a bit of sliced tomato, or just use the cheese. Then put the plate under a hot grill, until the cheese melts and bubbles and starts to brown. Then eat with some nice bread and butter.
Most of our theaters here have reserved seating too. We love it! Makes it so much easier for us. I don’t remember what my first movie theater movie was. We used to go to the drive in all the time. But I don’t recall my first. I’ll have to ask my dad if he remembers.
It’s interesting to see you arrange these raggedy paper bits as it challenges my straight edge/symmetry/exact 90 degree corner nature. Don’t let a comment suppress who you are, we love your accent, (everyone has one) and so you go ahead and say ‘eh?”. Be you! Having a coffee in my favorite mug is an emotionally important start to my day. You mentioned a few months ago that your mug was broken. Can you access U.S.A. eBay from Japan? I’m sure you can find a replacement there. Happily awaiting your Sakura season - buy lots and lots of pink Sakura ephemera for us okay, lol!
Hi Mits 🖐 I love these kinds of chatty videos of yours, thank you for sharing. Do you have a link to the UA-camr who made you the little pouch? It's gorgeous and I'd love to give it a go. TIA
You’re too cute❤️ My mom probably took me to a “drive in” theater to see A Disney movie as well, or Elvis Presley movies....her favorite: This type of video is so fun! Thanks Mits!
Please make more of these kinds of videos. Real time videos. They are the best! Thank you for all the inspiration you are giving me. いつもありがとう。 Too bad you can't watch the Ghibli movies on Netflix in Japan :(
Hey Mitts... enjoyed your layouts . This is the second video that I’ve seen you craft and snack. The food brings out another side of you that is playful. Still thinking of that strawberries and cream sandwich lol. I am intrigued by the small envelope with the paper goodies. I did not get the name of the person who made it. Can you share a link?
I like seeing what you do, you can say nothing if you want! But I like hearing your thought process too.
Oh gosh Mits.... I’m lactose intolerant too and I don’t let it stop me either. Im currently slowly moving away from coffee and enjoying tea more. It’s really nice to have this play while I do my makeup in the morning🥰
So relaxing to watch you glue paper bits and chat. I feel like you're my friend! Haha.

I have coffee in the morning and tea after lunch. Interesting glue stick in triangular shape!

I honestly really love these kinds of videos. I’m journaling along with you :D
Love this video! Love all the layering! You’ve inspired me to get my passport out again! ❤️

Lovely pages, so simple yet the choice of paper and stickers makes the page so beautiful. Where can I order papers like yours simple and good quality.
I drink my tea black too. I have coffee in the morning and tea in the afternoon.
Really liked your spreads. I know what you mean about coffee. Since I'm am an insomniac, the only thing that gets me out of bed is my coffee. Lol
Love those spreads! I’ve really been into layering more than ever since the new year started so these were right up my alley 😉
Hi Mits 🖐 I love these kinds of chatty videos of yours, thank you for sharing. Do you have a link to the UA-camr who made you the little pouch? It's gorgeous and I'd love to give it a go. TIA
I love whe n you say Hey I live in Australia and probably say all sorts of things
You’re too cute❤️ My mom probably took me to a “drive in” theater to see A Disney movie as well, or Elvis Presley movies....her favorite: This type of video is so fun! Thanks Mits!

Too bad you can't watch the Ghibli movies on Netflix in Japan :(
My first movie in the cinema was "The Adventures of Milo and Otis" too!! I remember it as 子貓物語,and I searched up the English name.
My first movie was Dawn of the Dead. I had nightmares for weeks. 🤦🏽♀️
Too clumsy to eat or drink whilst working.🇬🇧 nice sized books. Ziplock idea worth copying especially for use away from home.
You’re so funny Mits 😄!!! My first movie was Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 🤣 my siblings and I went to see it.
The first movie I remember seeing in theaters was Toy Story!!
I probably saw others before that because I was 8 when we saw that.
The first movie I remember seeing in theaters is Disney's Hercules. :o
Where can I buy from you? Do you sell your journals or papers?
I don't remember my first movie, but I'm certain it was at a drive-in.
Hi Mits, I subscribe again to your channel from my new account here on UA-cam. Best regards🧡, Barbara Salas

Raise your hand if now you're hungry. 😂
Going don’t like the noise
