Strikes probably, or the icy weather / still remaining snow from the Wednesday prior. Quite a few services were cancelled due to said strikes too, so I wouldn’t be surprised if that caused a few delays. Other than that, I’d pretty much say it’s standard TPE shenanigans, as they do love to be late all the time 😂
