Though military rulers in Pakistan didn't paid attention on economic & education development of Pakistan, paid little attention to the advices of economists, social scientists, educationists but ofcourse were serious about military defence & framing policies regarding military defence. Hybrid regimes in Pakistan were always at the mercy of military leaderships, too followed the traditions established, but also amassed wealth & properties.
India got the leadership of PM Nehru ji alongwith leaderships of leaders like Sardar Patel ji, Maulana Azad ji & many like others who together laid the foundation of economic development by adopting five years plans borrowed from The Soviet Union, but paid little attention to military defence of India & to downward trends of moral values, principles practiced by leaders holding political powers. The result was Chinese agression of 1962 & decreasing trend in quality of governance. PM Shastri ji had a little period of governance, but tried to root out corruption at political & beurocratic level. PM Mrs Gandhi paid attention to agriculture & concerned scientific developments but compalled by circumstances & growing closeness of Pakistan's ruling military leadership Mrs Gandhi took India close to Soviet Union & inducted communist leaders into the Congress Party & also into the Govt. Then started the period of nationalisations. Banks, Insurance companies, Textile Mills, Coal Mines & other industries stood natinalised. The result was lowering productivity & incresing inefficiency. Similarly Govt made investments in scooter manufacturing & car manufacturing, hotel industry & all became white elephants. The public suffered till 1991.PM Narsimha Rao ji & finance minister Dr Manmohan Singh ji gave good direction to nation & economy & period of liberalisation began. PM Modi ji accelerated the program of economic growth with huge speed & by honest governance & became darling of the public. Whatever media in India & International media alongwith opinion of public in India & opinion all over the world about the PM Modi's Govt is, no one can deny Modi Govt's honest, efficient governance & benefits received by whole public rich or poor, a small shopkeeper or a industrialist, a daily wage earner or a capitalist. The good road, rail network is there & trend of travel by air is increasing. Patients are being paid attention in Govt hospitals. Every person above the age of sixty stood medically insured & can get super specialized medical treatment in every private & corporate hospital of total amount of Rs Five Lakhs. The separate amounts is fixed for separate ailments ie for example for eye operation Govt is to pay Rs fifteen thousands only to a private hospital & rest of the expenses are to be born by the patient. Every citizen above the age of sixty is entitled for a fixed amount of pension if not a beneficiary of other Govt pension or having more movable & immovable properties. All the people get benefits of Govt policies & of honest governance. Thanks.

Don’t make stupid comparison of promised 10 billion Vs trade volume of 100 billion. Trade volume is yearly. Every year that volume of trade takes place.
But promised investment is one time and in specified period, sometimes in 5 years or 10 years etc based on projects.
