Hi NP, I enjoy watching RLL geography related videos. This is a good one. Most of the remote places (except interior Antarctica) have lots of wild food. You have to know how to harvest it, tho. & a poor place for vegetarians or vegans. I'm in the Yukon - next door to Alaska - and we were very surprised about bus boys death. He should have made it through the winter. The bus was hauled out & I think is being stored at the University in Fairbanks. There's money in it, as there is a cute little cult built around the story - I think everyone is a little squeamish, though. Regardless, Merry Xmas & hope the next year is best yet.
I forgot…if you do Christmas Truce by Sabaton, do the official video. They almost made a short film depicting the historical event. 8 minutes, but WORTH every second. This is an addendum to my previous comment.
For most of these villages I don't think it's a matter of choosing to live there. It's just... home. Some people want a different kind of life, but most prefer what they are used to so I can imagine the people living there don't generally dream of leaving for the big city.
IG it’s fair to say I’ll never visit “Nemo point”. “R’lyeh” won’t being going there either after discovering it’s a sunken city where godlike sea creatures may or may not exist 🤷🏾♂️
I live in a medium-sized beach town in the UK but would love to live somewhere more remote. I come from an engineering background, have a lifelong interest in electronics and science, though I've been working in construction design for the last 20 years. The problem is, my missus is my soulmate and we make each other laugh all the time and I hate being apart from her, however, I'm a nerd and love to talk about science, politics and other esoteric subjects that she has absolutely NO interest in. Unfortunately for you, this means that you will have to come with us for my selfish verbal intercourse needs 😃
For someone who loves history and knowledge, how have you not reacted to Sabaton? EVERY song is about MAJOR battles and historical events. IF…IF…this sounds interesting, your first song should be Christmas Truce. Do a cursory check on the actual event, and it will ADD SO MUCH to your first listen. If you need any suggestions, I’m not an elitist who will tell you to listen to obscure stuff that people suggest so they can show their fandom. I’ll get you started with songs everyone will enjoy.
Isn't it curious how most people in this comment section probably feel equally as lonely and isolated while being surrounded by people as they'd be in those places? 🤔
Define privacy. You don't want people to know you? Nor anything about you? You don't want to know them/anything about them? Seems like an awfully bleak / lonely life (for a given definition of life, that is).

I live in a city but its in England so its very dense, no forests, I would love to live somewhere surrounded by forests and close to true wilderness and wildlife!
Ever been in Western Australia ? you can drive for days from nowhere to nowhere
I forgot…if you do Christmas Truce by Sabaton, do the official video. They almost made a short film depicting the historical event. 8 minutes, but WORTH every second. This is an addendum to my previous comment.
I would live on that island, though I'd still need Amazon delivery.
It would be like a movie living out there 🤣
For most of these villages I don't think it's a matter of choosing to live there. It's just... home. Some people want a different kind of life, but most prefer what they are used to so I can imagine the people living there don't generally dream of leaving for the big city.
Man if it wasn't for the inconvenience of not having internet and Dominos Pizza near by, I would def move away from people. This year has been awful!
As long as I have stable power, internet and stuff to eat and drink...
Btw Cunha is pronounced "Cuña". It was a portuguese explorer that discovered the island.
The literary recommendation for this video should be Ice Station by Matthew Reilly! Trust me
IG it’s fair to say I’ll never visit “Nemo point”.
Can I just say how beautiful you are? From your amazing curious mind to your cute smile you do when a topic fascinates you ❤
I'd rather be on a mountain than in the middle of the ocean
I think I’d chose the island
@@NoProtocol as beautiful a sight the island may be, hurricanes and tsunamis would be stuck in my head. Lol Smh
Take care and happy holidays
Happy holidays to you as well!
I think Tristan has an air field now. Not sure?
I prefer city living as well. My city Shreveport Louisiana is about 177,562 in population.
The photos look nice
@@NoProtocol Thanks.

Living in space.
Yea that Chris mkcanlist dude or howeva u spell it was wild
I watch a fair bit of RLL
You should react to Ray Dalio - The changing World Order, it’s really good
It’s probably ideal. Humans are supposed to exist naturally in groups of about 150, no?

Isn't it curious how most people in this comment section probably feel equally as lonely and isolated while being surrounded by people as they'd be in those places? 🤔
Analytics ✌️😎
Define privacy. You don't want people to know you? Nor anything about you? You don't want to know them/anything about them?
Seems like an awfully bleak / lonely life (for a given definition of life, that is).
Ia! Ia! Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn!

You think there is a local hospital in a 250 people community? 😄
Offtopic, but are you sitting in that black chair? 🤔
Yes haha I am improperly sitting in the black chair
