Love the technique of using only the table saw, very handy and fast. The size of the stile and rail in relation to the panel seems a bit awkward. I'd love to see how these look with rails and stiles in the 2 to 2.5 inch width range.
That is cool. I have never seen that done before. I do think some rubber "space balls" in the grooves before gluing to prevent rattle and still allow for expansion would be a good idea. There are lots of accurate measurements required to have everything fit properly too.
Did they come out flatter than your cutting board did using a caul on both sides of the board? I love the innovative ways you find to make what you need with the tools you already have. Keep up the great work.
Love your enthusiasm but you're doing some very unsafe things in your video. I hate that I'm being that guy but want you to keep all ten fingers. Cutting the narrow ends of your material unsupported by a miter gauge or a larger square piece of wood is # 1 on the list. And its pronounced daydo not daddo. lol
