- Documentary going behind the scenes of Jessica Ennis-Hill's bid to defend her heptathlon title at the Rio 2016 Olympics, seen through the eyes of her coach Toni Minichiello. Having turned a 13-year-old schoolgirl into the golden girl of London 2012, Minichiello has a unique insight into what makes Ennis-Hill tick and what it is like to coach an Olympic champion. With their greatest challenge perhaps still to come - attempting to defend the Olympic crown in Rio despite long periods away from the sport due to motherhood and injury - we hear how Minichiello and Ennis-Hill plan to rule the world once more in Brazil.
She's amazing. Still get goose-bumps when I re-watch her at London 2012.

@@AthleticaTV great work!
Fantastic insight. Is there a follow up or is this a once off episode?
What an athlete! What a body! What a personality! I would love to know what her diet is?
What’s that song at 6.40
J y comprend rien zebbi
I never knew Chris Moyles trained Jessica Ennis.
At 16:15 he touches her chest. Tony Minichello has just been banned for life from coaching for inappropriate behaviour towards female athletes.
Ennis has a complete lack of moral compass.
@@bwlboy123 Interesting point.

why is this mickey mouse athlete a Dame...she has done nothing to deserve it......its a pathetic event.....she would not make the top 100 in any of the events ???? People that save lives etc deserve accolades
Not make the top 100 in any events. Are you a loony?
She has a PB of 12.54 at the 100m hurdles, that would've won her a bronze medal at this year's Olympics.
In all fairness, dames and knights are STUPID to begin with. They’re just titles and labels and are utterly meaningless so don’t get your balls in a bunch
Adored by millions and an olympic champion, and you? Plus note the comment below, think before you speak.....
