Batman vs Spiderman would be a very interesting storyline. Because in a straight-up fight Spiderman would win, but in an ongoing conflict I wonder what strategies and devices Batman would have to come up with.
I don't see a single way batman could beat spiderman. The man dodges bullets at POINT BLANK. If spider man is actually serious in a fight, he could literally punch a hole in batman
I just don't see Batman getting past Spidey's spider-sense.
Superman Has Super sense,s to! batman beat the crap out of superman.... and batman has a Alfred Sense :D
He knows Superman pretty well and uses the kriptonite weakness all the time, which leaves Sups like a strong person (or less) and with no supersenses. Also, most of stories where Batman beats Superman aren't cannon. The Death Battle shows how it would be pretty well.
People who say Batman would win always use Batman beat Superman so he would beat Spider man. Superman just allowed him. See if people can't accept Spiderman will win why waste time. They come up with useless ways eg bugspray (makes no sense)

Real comic book fans would know that spidey sense can be blocked by a specific type of gas, batman would make that and use that against spidey and when he does spiderman is fucked, would be a good fight though no doubt

As a Bats fan, I think with preparation it's possible, but never without, unless he has the right gadgets at the time out of luck
LarryBonson sometimes it alerts spidey from danger: "hey guys, something is... uuggh!!!" and then antman punches him in the face for not preparing even though he was alerted by his sense, then antman took cap's shield from him.

My money is on batman because he is a master of every type of martial arts known to man and has a lot of gadgets, gear and the Batwing and Batmobile to counter spider mans webs. Plus if Batman can beat super man then i'm sure he can beat spider man. But i still love both characters.

Martial arts only work on normal humans. Spidey could tank all of his punches and not give a crap.
In the comics, if a normal person lands a hit on Spidey, it'll break the person's hand. Spider-Man also has spider-sense, super-reflexes, and his own martial arts style (The Way of the Spider), which Batman would be completely unprepared for. It would probably be close, but Spider-Man wins 9/10 times.
Batman has fast reflexes too, he can doge bullets point-blank and the spider sense is not 100% and spider man is not a martial arts master on the level that batman is and spider man would not be prepared for all the different types of martial arts that batman knows including a few ancient ones. And batman's bat suit provides a lot of protection so he would'int break his hand. So in hand to hand combat bat man has the edge in that one.
Montana Hinks Yeah but there's a difference between fast reflexes and superhuman reflexes. Spider-Man also has kind of a limited super-speed, so it would be difficult for Batman to hit him. He definitely would get some hits in, but not enough to beat Spider-Man. Btw, thanks to everyone for being so polite during the discussion. I can't tell you how many comment sections I've been in where people just constantly insult each other for their opinions on comics. But yeah, his Spider-Sense doesn't always work perfectly, but it usually does. If Spider-Man stalled the fight and messed with him enough, Batman could probably figure out how his spider-sense works and use it to his advantage.
