Stephen, Can you share how to recalculate a formula field? Ex: We have a 'Group Name' that populates on our Case Object. The Group Name is a calculation from our Person Account object / Client Name field. If a staff member enters an incorrect Person Account name in the Case, it doesn't populate the Group Name. If the user corrects the Name they entered in the Person Account lookup field, how can I get the Group Name to re-calculate it's cross-object formula? Thank you!
