I would have hated doing interviews like that at 19. Almost all our recent signings are incredibly young arriving somewhere new with a ton of expectation on their shoulders. He seems like a calm/ambitious/intelligent addition to the team.

I mean if the new boss is going to play a 3-4-3 then I'd imagine there may be some variance between our wingers playing wing back and winger. Not sure though, just a thought! And last season certainly we didn't shy away from rotation.
