I feel like zoos should always have big enough enclosures that mimic the environment these animals live in. Sure the zoos can and do often start with animals that really need the help and won't make it in the wild but over time, they give birth to healthy animals that because they were born into a zoo enclosure are often never taken in by a random wild group of the same species. Not sure what to think about those healthy ones.
