It definitely feels and looks different than the previous trailers of seasons 1-3. 80s vibe elements or something, rawlessness compared to the previous 3 seasons. I'm still excited to watch it but , the pandemic has made many other series post pandemic series not as good as pre pandemic series.
A year has passed and I still get goosebumps. How I wish I could go back to 2022, when I watched the season in two days. It was one of the best summers of my life

I think max messed with time. The way they keep showing that clock has a lot to do with it. Also if you read the headstone as she was reading her “dear billy” letter, it said billy Hargrove. At 2:37 when she was floating it changed to William Hargrove, which is still billy but with a different name.I think she somehow changed reality’s and in the one where she is floating they used billy’s full name instead of his nick name. And Max has powers instead of Eleven. They’ve also showed eleven with no hair which is also a clue that some things are not the same. Idk just a theory. I edited this because i realized a few mistakes😭

I don’t understand why, but this trailer was taken down from Netflix’s UA-cam channel. I even went to my “Liked Videos” section just to see if I wasn’t searching good enough and it did say it was deleted. Why would anyone decide to delete this trailer?! This is one of the best trailers ever made. Even though season 4 already came out, this trailer is still great to watch after. It makes me more excited for season 5. I hope this trailer doesn’t get taken down from this channel either. Someone please convince Netflix to reupload this trailer on their UA-cam channel and to make sure it doesn’t get taken down again.
@@LockedMindPictures Yeah, why do this? Obviously Stranger Things is their most successful show. That’s where they’ve put most of their money. This season’s episodes each costed $30 million. And of course, the final episode of this season is the longest episode ever. And they made a special intro for their Netflix “N” logo for the start at the beginning of each episode. No other show has something like that. This makes me worried that when the trailer for season 5 comes out and it’s awesome as well in which it might be taken down too.

They've kept some of the trailer for the seasons on the Netflix one, but for the others they can only be viewed on here. I mean, there are other Netflix channels like for the Philippines and on there, you can watch this trailer, but it would be in another language. I tried searching on Google for an answer why they would delete some of their trailers, but I wasn't getting a solution. If the trailer for season 5 does get taken down, we need to remember to come to this channel to see if they posted it.

There is no doubt that Stranger Things 4 is one of the most anticipated shows and there are very few other projects with a similar fan craze. The makes have split the season in two and there are a lot of things packed in the latest one. But looks like the indulgence on the makers’ part has increased by many levels in the Millie Bobby Brown and David Harbour led show. If co-creator Matt Duffer’s latest comment is to go by, the runtime of every episode of season 4 is more than an hour and that has only upped the hype for us.
This whole season is very inspired by a nightmare on elm street. From Robert England literally playing the main villain to the opening hushing sound that played in the original nightmare sequences. Also the shows time period is around 1984 now which is the release of the first nightmare on elm street. Also the upside down is very similar to Freddy’s dream realm so it’s all coming together.
They did the Ghostbusters costumes in season 2 so guessing It has to be later than 84; possibly a timeskip to 1987, 88? Going off of compensation for the actors being older. That and Lucas having a hi-top fade, that wasn't til around at least 88 if they're being accurate to 80's fashion trends
It takes place in the spring of 1986, earlier seasons took place in 1983, 1984 and 1985 respectively and I think the whole Jonathan and Nancy story in season 1 was inspired by A nightmare on Elm street
I have a huge feeling that Billy isn't dead and is just playing Journey songs in the Upside Down. Which being my favorite character makes me very excited.

Really strange theory: when Billy sacrificed himself for eleven he gained her powers and now he is going to be in the upside down and when max goes down into the upside down he will gift her them.
To be honest, it looks very humany. The war, the human like monsters, I don’t know. I love the classic horror of season 3 like the chase with that massive gooey monster down the hospital. With eth thing linked and everything happening around a small area. But idk I don’t know how to explain it
you do realise s3 had billy (a human) as its villian, then had possed humans chasing around the hospital. if anything this is so much more supernatural
fROM the trailer it seems Max will get powers like eleven or atleast will be possessed by the Vecna. You can see Dustin,Steve and Lucas around what appears to be Max injured on the ground at 2:28 and being extremely sad I think. At 2:36 you can clearly see her being elevated off the ground and at 2:46 she is clearly running away from what i assume is a mindflyer,demodog or a Vecna and she is inside the light that we see in the posters. She is also the one to find the grandfather clock in the school. So my theory is either she dies or in some way Billy returns and helps her out of the trouble she is going to face. Think about it, all the things point towards her being used as a host by this monster. She is probably weak because of Billy's death and it makes her more vulnerable to the Vecna or the monster.
I mean, the focus they seem to be giving her this arc, I wouldn't thin she'd die anytime before the finale and in more of a sacrificial way at that. But, I suspect her arc is more about her overcoming her demons. She hasn't done anything that needs to be redeemed, like Billy. So I think her arc requires more overcoming the demons that make her vulnerable to Vecna.

And since they made a trailer for Volume 2 which was only two episodes, they should do something similar for season 5 in which the final episode has a trailer alone. We've been hearing how it might be over three hours since they want the ending to be similar to "Return of the King". Even though the Duffer Brothers say that season 5's runtime isn't going to be long like season 4 was and be more simple like season 1, I don't think that's possible. We're going to see a monster army all over town battling soldiers, that giant monster with the gaping mouth, El battling Vecna for the last time, and a happy ending epilogue for the characters. The Piggyback didn't even feel like 2 1/2 hours. It felt like a normally paced episode which shows how brilliant the Duffer Brothers are in which they don't rush things. They take their time with each scene. Of course, if the final episode does end up being around 3 hours, that would also make it like Avengers: Endgame. For the trailer of season 5, it should include the giant monster letting out a roar at the end, similar to season 3's trailers ending with the monster doing the same.
Me too. Even after this season came out, it’s great to come back here thinking about the hype Ned just how beautifully well done this trailer was made. Best trailer for this show in my opinion. But for now, I’m watching this trailer for two, other reasons… 1. Excited for season 5 as more news slowly gets revealed. 2. I’m a scare actor for Universal Studios Orlando’s Halloween Horror Nights and they announced recently one of their houses will be themed on Stranger Things 4. I don’t know which house I’ve been assigned to yet, but I would love to work for this one. I can’t wait to use my employee discount on the merchandise! I wonder if Netflix will achieve in making season 5’s trailer crazier than this one.

I was back here after 1 year and now I’m back after 2. I’d like to assume I’ll be back after 3 years as well. No show or movie will ever top the love I have for Stranger Things and the day season 4 came out will forever have a place inside my heart. It was the first time I experienced a new season of this show releasing. I made the choice to watch this in 2020 during quarantine (around this time that year so happy 4 years to that!) and it ended up being one of the best decisions of my life❤️
Same thing happened with me. I mean, one of my friends showed me the first two episodes of season 1 back in October 2017 because of season 2 coming out, but I just didn’t get back into yet. And when I came to visit her apartment 3 years later at college, she was showing one of our other friends the third episode. The part when the dummy looking like Will was pulled out of the water. That was when I realized I needed to continue watching. It was like fate right there. It was honestly a perfect time to do it because season 3 was when I realized this is my favorite show. Even though I didn’t have to wait as long as everyone else for season 4, the wait was still torture. Now we have to wait just as long as everyone else for season 5.
i have a theory: the floating creature is just billy from the dead but trying to connect with max. maybe billy is trying to connect as well when max was floating over his grave. another thing, when max is mourning it says “billy hargrove.” then when max starts to float, the graves name says, “william hargrove.” william is billy’s full name, but maybe max has powers with time which shows why they kept on showing that clock. edit: just a theory, though
It really would’ve been cool to see Max with powers. Imagine El having to train her and she’s a bit jealous that Max has them. Max would be annoyed by how much her nose bleeds.
In addition, the lyrics “worlds apart” for different reasons. Both the real world and the Upside Down. Even for what each of the characters were going through this season…. El: Lying to Mike saying she has lots of friends at school. Will: Feeling like the third wheel, telling Mike how he’s spoke to El more than him, having a crush on Mike and he knows that Mike only loves El. And of course with Jonathan realizing this, he wants Will to tell him anything whenever he needs to. Lucas: Being on the basketball team and pretending he’s not in Hellfire. Max: Keeping distant from Lucas because of her having nightmares about Billy. Nancy & Jonathan: Struggling with their long distance relationship, even with Jonathan deciding to not go to the same college as her so that way she doesn’t bail on her dream. Eddie: Being being treated as a freak by everyone. Chrissy: Her hiding her nightmares from Jason and seeking help from Eddie by asking for drugs in which Jason wouldn’t believe thinking he knows her too well. Hopper: The Russian prison keeping him away from home. This even works for “hearts broken in two” with what each of the characters are upset about… El & Mike: Mike upset that El lied to him and El thinking Mike doesn’t love her and views her as a monster. Will: Third wheel in which he doesn’t feel like friends with Mike anymore and knows Mike will only love El instead of him. Max: Feeling guilty for what happened to Billy. Lucas: Being treated like a ghost from Max and then later, grieving over Max after Vecna killed her. Jason: Grieving over Chrissy. Eddie: Same for him. Nancy: Reliving Barb’s death and then being shown the vision of the Wheeler family being killed. Jonathan: Knowing that their relationship is falling apart. Joyce & Hopper: Being separated from each other. Even Hopper missing El. Enzo (Russian guard): Thinking his son wouldn’t like who he became. Karen: Worried for Mike’s safety when he comes home because of everyone thinking Hellfire is evil. Victor: Grieving over his family.

This is the best trailer out of all the ones for this show in all of the seasons. I wonder how Netflix is gonna top it now with the trailer for season 5. I know it's gotta be crazier since the Duffer Brothers said that season 5 is like if seasons 1 and 4 had a baby and then it took steroids. They even said how when "The Crawl" starts, they're not gonna take time in setting up any character arcs like what they do in the beginning of each season. They're going to dive into the stuff immediately. They said it's gonna go 100 MPH, pedal to the metal. I'm so excited. Depending when they start and finish filming, I hope the trailer will be released on Stranger Things Day/November 6th since that day for this year will basically be on the 40th anniversary when El opened the Mother Gate and Will disappeared. It would just feel like full circle, you know.
In my junior year in college back in 2020, my friends converted me to this show. I'm glad that I didn't watch until then because having the first three seasons was so great to binge watch. When I saw season 3's trailer before I watched it, I knew it was going to be great. Season 3 was when I realized that this is my favorite show. That season was when things got really cinematic. When the stakes started getting high. And "The Battle of Starcourt" was such a great finale. But this season was way bigger. I didn't have to wait as long as everyone else after season 3's release, but the patience was still killing me. Now I am waiting just as long as everyone else for season 5. I can't wait!

I have a possible theory: I think the creature (which is floating) could possibly be Billy, trying to connect w Max as she is also up in the air in the same position as him, next to his grave. I think the clock has a big part too. I believe that maybe, Max has gone back in time, which is why u can see El young again. I also think Max is some sort of new host and she has been given powers too. Im sure el will get her own powers back too! i dont know why time flies so fast now, felt like it was a few months ago when they did the cool countdown for the trailer. i still remember waking up early right on my graduation day to watch the first volume lol.
Its been only a year but god damn I miss the vibes around season 4 ,last summer was such a great time ,all the exitment ,emotions , happiness , sadness , this season litterally changed lives 😢❤
Really strange theory: when Billy sacrificed himself for eleven he gained her powers and now he is going to be in the upside down and when max goes down into the upside down he will gift her them.

To be honest, it looks very humany. The war, the human like monsters, I don’t know. I love the classic horror of season 3 like the chase with that massive gooey monster down the hospital. With eth thing linked and everything happening around a small area. But idk I don’t know how to explain it
you do realise s3 had billy (a human) as its villian, then had possed humans chasing around the hospital. if anything this is so much more supernatural

fROM the trailer it seems Max will get powers like eleven or atleast will be possessed by the Vecna. You can see Dustin,Steve and Lucas around what appears to be Max injured on the ground at 2:28 and being extremely sad I think.
At 2:36 you can clearly see her being elevated off the ground and at 2:46 she is clearly running away from what i assume is a mindflyer,demodog or a Vecna and she is inside the light that we see in the posters. She is also the one to find the grandfather clock in the school.
So my theory is either she dies or in some way Billy returns and helps her out of the trouble she is going to face. Think about it, all the things point towards her being used as a host by this monster. She is probably weak because of Billy's death and it makes her more vulnerable to the Vecna or the monster.

I mean, the focus they seem to be giving her this arc, I wouldn't thin she'd die anytime before the finale and in more of a sacrificial way at that. But, I suspect her arc is more about her overcoming her demons. She hasn't done anything that needs to be redeemed, like Billy. So I think her arc requires more overcoming the demons that make her vulnerable to Vecna.

@@dhruvpratapsinghrathore7 Yeah, they really need to make sure it's frickin amazing. Season 3's trailer is incredible, but this one is just... WOW! And since they made a trailer for Volume 2 which was only two episodes, they should do something similar for season 5 in which the final episode has a trailer alone. We've been hearing how it might be over three hours since they want the ending to be similar to "Return of the King". Even though the Duffer Brothers say that season 5's runtime isn't going to be long like season 4 was and be more simple like season 1, I don't think that's possible. We're going to see a monster army all over town battling soldiers, that giant monster with the gaping mouth, El battling Vecna for the last time, and a happy ending epilogue for the characters. The Piggyback didn't even feel like 2 1/2 hours. It felt like a normally paced episode which shows how brilliant the Duffer Brothers are in which they don't rush things. They take their time with each scene. Of course, if the final episode does end up being around 3 hours, that would also make it like Avengers: Endgame. For the trailer of season 5, it should include the giant monster letting out a roar at the end, similar to season 3's trailers ending with the monster doing the same.

Me too. Even after this season came out, it’s great to come back here thinking about the hype Ned just how beautifully well done this trailer was made. Best trailer for this show in my opinion. But for now, I’m watching this trailer for two, other reasons…
1. Excited for season 5 as more news slowly gets revealed.
2. I’m a scare actor for Universal Studios Orlando’s Halloween Horror Nights and they announced recently one of their houses will be themed on Stranger Things 4. I don’t know which house I’ve been assigned to yet, but I would love to work for this one. I can’t wait to use my employee discount on the merchandise!

I was back here after 1 year and now I’m back after 2. I’d like to assume I’ll be back after 3 years as well. No show or movie will ever top the love I have for Stranger Things and the day season 4 came out will forever have a place inside my heart. It was the first time I experienced a new season of this show releasing. I made the choice to watch this in 2020 during quarantine (around this time that year so happy 4 years to that!) and it ended up being one of the best decisions of my life❤️
Same thing happened with me. I mean, one of my friends showed me the first two episodes of season 1 back in October 2017 because of season 2 coming out, but I just didn’t get back into yet. And when I came to visit her apartment 3 years later at college, she was showing one of our other friends the third episode. The part when the dummy looking like Will was pulled out of the water. That was when I realized I needed to continue watching. It was like fate right there. It was honestly a perfect time to do it because season 3 was when I realized this is my favorite show. Even though I didn’t have to wait as long as everyone else for season 4, the wait was still torture. Now we have to wait just as long as everyone else for season 5.
I get the feeling max is gonna have a big role in this season🙂

i have a theory:
the floating creature is just billy from the dead but trying to connect with max. maybe billy is trying to connect as well when max was floating over his grave. another thing, when max is mourning it says “billy hargrove.” then when max starts to float, the graves name says, “william hargrove.” william is billy’s full name, but maybe max has powers with time which shows why they kept on showing that clock.

It really would’ve been cool to see Max with powers. Imagine El having to train her and she’s a bit jealous that Max has them. Max would be annoyed by how much her nose bleeds.

In addition, the lyrics “worlds apart” for different reasons. Both the real world and the Upside Down. Even for what each of the characters were going through this season….
El: Lying to Mike saying she has lots of friends at school.
Will: Feeling like the third wheel, telling Mike how he’s spoke to El more than him, having a crush on Mike and he knows that Mike only loves El. And of course with Jonathan realizing this, he wants Will to tell him anything whenever he needs to.
Lucas: Being on the basketball team and pretending he’s not in Hellfire.
Max: Keeping distant from Lucas because of her having nightmares about Billy.
Nancy & Jonathan: Struggling with their long distance relationship, even with Jonathan deciding to not go to the same college as her so that way she doesn’t bail on her dream.
Eddie: Being being treated as a freak by everyone.
Chrissy: Her hiding her nightmares from Jason and seeking help from Eddie by asking for drugs in which Jason wouldn’t believe thinking he knows her too well.
Hopper: The Russian prison keeping him away from home.
This even works for “hearts broken in two” with what each of the characters are upset about…
El & Mike: Mike upset that El lied to him and El thinking Mike doesn’t love her and views her as a monster.
Will: Third wheel in which he doesn’t feel like friends with Mike anymore and knows Mike will only love El instead of him.
Max: Feeling guilty for what happened to Billy.
Lucas: Being treated like a ghost from Max and then later, grieving over Max after Vecna killed her.
Jason: Grieving over Chrissy.
Eddie: Same for him.
Nancy: Reliving Barb’s death and then being shown the vision of the Wheeler family being killed.
Jonathan: Knowing that their relationship is falling apart.
Joyce & Hopper: Being separated from each other. Even Hopper missing El.
Enzo (Russian guard): Thinking his son wouldn’t like who he became.
Karen: Worried for Mike’s safety when he comes home because of everyone thinking Hellfire is evil.
Victor: Grieving over his family.

@@anayasalvador9976 Just like how the season 3 trailer ended with the monster crushing the walkie talkie, I think season 5's trailer is going to end with the giant monster with the gapping mouth that Nancy saw from her vision in which the monster is going to rise up from the gate in the center of Hawkins and then it roars.
This is the best trailer out of all the ones for this show in all of the seasons. I wonder how Netflix is gonna top it now with the trailer for season 5. I know it's gotta be crazier since the Duffer Brothers said that season 5 is like if seasons 1 and 4 had a baby and then it took steroids. They even said how when "The Crawl" starts, they're not gonna take time in setting up any character arcs like what they do in the beginning of each season. They're going to dive into the stuff immediately. They said it's gonna go 100 MPH, pedal to the metal. I'm so excited. Depending when they start and finish filming, I hope the trailer will be released on Stranger Things Day/November 6th since that day for this year will basically be on the 40th anniversary when El opened the Mother Gate and Will disappeared. It would just feel like full circle, you know.
In my junior year in college back in 2020, my friends converted me to this show. I'm glad that I didn't watch until then because having the first three seasons was so great to binge watch. When I saw season 3's trailer before I watched it, I knew it was going to be great. Season 3 was when I realized that this is my favorite show. That season was when things got really cinematic. When the stakes started getting high. And "The Battle of Starcourt" was such a great finale. But this season was way bigger. I didn't have to wait as long as everyone else after season 3's release, but the patience was still killing me. Now I am waiting just as long as everyone else for season 5. I can't wait!

I think the clock has a big part too. I believe that maybe, Max has gone back in time, which is why u can see El young again. I also think Max is some sort of new host and she has been given powers too. Im sure el will get her own powers back too! I think Lucas has maybe drifted away from the group bc Dustin and Mike look really upset watching him play! Just a theory!! Im really excited for season 4!!
