    Actually it would be better if you poured the mixture out flat let it gel up. And cut it up in the pieces that you like. Are even pour them in candy mose ! no waste no worry. proceed with the rest of the process. Thank you so much for the recipe🥰

    I've noticed in a few vids you say to wait until the gelatin blooms. what does that mean and look like? Did I miss it in a previous vid? Thanks for all the fun recipes 🤘

      It usually takes 3 to 5 minutes. It just thickens up sometimes into a solid but not always. You can see in this video before I bring it to the stove I give it a slight mix and its much thicker than when I poured the water in the gelatin.

    I’d just use one of those larger feeding syringes from Pet Co. since they have a tube at the end size of a straw inject let harden some then eject nice clean long straws. Fun idea thank!

    Hey I live not far from you ... where did you find the unflavored jello stuff... I normally shop at the Costco over on ordnance or thst Walmart there... not found it there but not asked them yet... can ya tell me where ya get it please?

      That Walmart has it in their baking section. Look near the jello and sometimes near pie filling. It comes in a white and orange box.

      There's a reason this doesn't exist. Changing the pH and titratable acidity of chocolate alters the oxalic acids which plays an important role in chocolate flavor. It would produce a undesirable flavor balance.

    it would be easier if you just created the long shape by using a plated filled with cornstarch and dig small long trenches in it in which you pour the jelly (that's how the industrial manufactuers do it)

    You shouldn't mix citric acid with the water. It prevents the gelling agent to solidify properly.
    Mix citric acid with the sugar and corn flour.

    Sour patch is tasty. A lot of sugar though, but it taste great. Snacks like gummy warms and chips are good. I'd try some right now, but I'm going to the store. Stores in my neighborhood have the best chips and juice. I like that🥤🍟🍔🍕🌭
