Cytokines are released in SIRS due to any cause, but a ‘storm’ in itself implies immunity has gone dysregulated.....frankly speaking MISC is ‘cytokines storm’.
@@endeavourforchildhealth2792 thank you ma'am for the reply... There are many doubts regarding diagnosing a patient as misc...since rtpcr can be positive...it could simply be a stage of cytokine storm which is one of the stages of covid... like in adults...
@@snigdhaverma8009 Ya definitely but unlike in adults this cytokine storm/ MISC in children may occur either during acute illness or even once they have become COVID negative .....
