From what I know, you can aim which enemies you want to hit the skill Falling Feather (hold special atk, after 5th basic atk), which skill to apply the essential electro prison. So the essential skill is precise manual aim.

The W engine calculations for Miyabi were the most conservative I've seen. There are estimates of the gap being as large as 40% between her second best LC and her signature. Factor in that if you don't have her sig, you're putting yourself in a much more difficult situation when it comes to your sub stats.
Reminds of the time acheron was released, very mid LC options. I probably wont even use an Anomaly class engine on her but rather just any attack engine that has attack or crit
Pokke's W engines calcs were relative to her signature, the F2p option is 22% worse. In relative to F2P ones, the signature is a 40% dmg increase. It's how percentiles work fyi.

So with regards to team building for Harumasa, am I crazy for thinking that he'd do way better if he was run with a stunner AND an anomaly unit? I plan to use Harumasa, Qingyi, and Yanagi as his main team because he benefits from Qingyi's stun multiplier and Yanagi being kinda quick-swappable means she's not losing a ton of damage by staying off the field and she helps trigger Harumasa's passive buff by triggering shock. Burnice is also a great alternative since she's even better at staying off field and would trigger disorders as well, so that's also an option.
It doesn't stack and he wants to come out only when stunned, so it's pointless. It's something to give players options if they don't want to stun, not to work around it. Yanagi will lose disorder and shock damage. You can do what you want, but shooting for too many targets at once will not have the "better" effect you're imagining.
@ch1dd I run Qingyi as a DPS so it's not like I care particularly for whatever spreadsheets will claim is meta regardless, but even still I don't feel like Yanagi is losing out on much since Harumasa isn't greedy unless the enemy is stunned and Yanagi still does good damage even without specifically catering for a disorder team, and she's more of a tactical bomb drop with her skill and that's still going to serve it's function imo.

In a team for him he wants more support, in a team for yanagi she'll lose the damage from a different character that synergizes with anomaly and whatever portion of the shock bar qingyi fills up. Personally I'll see how much anomaly he can fill up to maybe build him AP just for miyabi stacks, but most likely I won't build him unless my already built Anton falls off a cliff.

Even with a Stunner + Support like Nicole ,Lucy etc. she can still kill fast Just that Miyabi + Yanagi is overkill Well i also gonna use Miyabi+Burnice since im a Burnice main Miyabi+Burnice is just a little slower kill than Miyabi+Yanagi just a but little difference of a few seconds that wont matter as long get S rank in Shiyu etc.

His damage multipliers don't seem insanely good but looks very fun to play, eventually I will build him
He’s more of a good starter unit for players like me who are starting in 1.4. Very nice to have him and Miyabi as 2 starter dps.
