New Chandigarh is not good in view of ground water and seismicity (even whole Chandigarh/Panchkula/Mohali). But if you are interested then you can try in Moginand Panchkula & Peer Muchalla area (near to Shimla, New Airport & Chandigarh). Thanks, all the best.
Agr proper Chandigarh mein lena hai apne to sector 63 good option (newly constructed) 2bhk(75lkh-1cr), 3 bhk ache hai 1.50 cr starting. Near to airport, fortis and bus stand, and Chd ke schools mein adm asani ho jayegyi and UT hai to uska fayeda hai comparitive to mohol jo Punjab mein rehta hai kahlistan and all other stuff. Chandigarh is safe and water electricity bills ka rate bhi thik hai sab sahi hai. Panchkula & Mohali bahut rates high hai kothi lene ka fayeda hai udhr bhi or (Beverly hills, golf club Mohali is good but bahut high rates hai). My personal suggestion as a Himachali and Chandigarhian go for 2bhk in Chd any sector if you want to invest, rent is good. If you are looking outside Chd don't seek for flat go for plot it would give you good resale price and building quality is not good outside Chd. 😅 Hope it will help you.

Mam just I would to suggest that, you should hve to buy a plot, in which you can construct home 🏡 by yourself with the opinions of your family as well as your estimated money & resources👍 Suppose during the construction if you realise the lake of money, you can stop your work for some time, bt if you once buy the flat you can't do nothing expecting what you want...? After Some time, If you think that, the location is not according to you bt prices are appropriate than u can sell with 50% margin👍 Prices also so differ from self construction and ready-made...!!! So I think plot is best deal for any family, where they can build their #dream_house 🏠 as they want...👍
We are also looking for a flat around Chandigarh since October' 22. But more we see, there is more confusion. Prices are revising every 3 months or so.

Invest in Agricultural land in Himachal...near your home .. Investments must be purposeful. Surplus money can always be invested in Gold .. Don't buy property in Chandigarh and block your money ... Land or independent villa is best . we also purchased villa in zirakpur . zirakpur is very suitable for we Himachalis

Chandigarh ke pass kharar city hain vha rates bohot kaam hai property ke 25 se 30 ka flat mil sakta hain or sath hi flot bhi saste hain
