I know there are uncontrollable circumstances that a lot of athletes face, but in Dee’s case, he’s not letting the one he faced detour him from his dream, and I admire that. He’s a representation of “if you want it bad enough, you’ll put in the work to get it.”

Dee, I was a kicker in highschool and was projected to be starting kickoff, punter, and field goal kicker. A week before the season I tore my ACL in practice and was ruled out for my senior season. A year later I’m still struggling with getting my strength back but you are the reason I want to be better and be the kicker for my college team. So thank you so much for inspiring me to try and get my goals back in order. Goodluck getting to the NFL brother

Ngl this series the best thing on UA-cam rn. And it’s important valuable content, diving into what it take to be the best athlete you can be. Last episode talked about mobility, 80 percent of athletes don’t even train or understand mobility. Think of your tendons and ligaments like a rubber band, the further you can stretch the rubber band the harder it snaps, same with your muscles and explosiveness
The fact that he voices the emptiness feeling even though it looks like he has everything a man could want speaks volumes to mental health. Fellas we got to talk to someone when feeling this way because as men we don't share our feelings enough to decompress the stress of everyday life. i started following D since 2018, i liked watching his comp videos, hiss kicking videos, and his challenges with other receivers.. this man has single handedly changed the game and youtube all together, seeing him in the NFL would be awesome, and i hope they let him keep making the videos, cause this will make a great documentary one day. im here for it all, and wish and pray for the best for my dude. cant wait to see the next episode man.

Another amazing episode. Keep pursuing your dreams. It took me 5 years to get accepted into a top 10 business school (I still shutter to think about the work it took to get in). You'll make it. It'll takes more work than you can imagine but you have the talent and determination.
