I am a return the Peace Corps volunteer who is also legally blind, I can assure you that there are plenty of us out there who would love to know what the captions on this video say. Without any narration, this is not an accessible video. Not trying to criticize, I just wanted to provide a perspective that you might consider while producing future videos.
