This video has greatly increased my sanity. I remember hearing Thouther's BGM in a video (never played the arcade version), but when I got my hands on the PS2 version and the music was totally different, I felt like I was going crazy because I just KNEW this song was supposed to have a crazy distortion guitar not a cheesy synth. Thanks for posting this!
God, the distortion guitar in this version is so much better than that shitty synthesizer from the PS2 version. It's a shame because outside of this specific instance, a lot of the PS2 version tracks have little details that improve on the original Atomiswave versions, like Shin's theme having an added bass guitar portion near the end.

I like both PS2 and Arcade versions, but i cannot deny the guitar on 0:44 is legendary.
