Hi Memo, No, because it is a strong base. A buffer must be made from a weak acid/base pair. Strong acids/bases completely dissociate so they cannot be buffers. Thanks!
What happens if it was in Kb instead of Ka
You can calculate Ka from Kb using 1x10^-14=Ka X Kb then use the same criteria. Thanks!
