Be prepared if you've cleared the second round they can call you anytime and ask for the interview. I just had the experience they literally called me 5 mins earlier for the interview

Try again. You will find sop submission in google form. Where you have to upload the pdf/word document written your SOP. I just have checked and it is working as final deadline for the submission is 25th July.
