Why is the noise added inside the TEE? Couldn't it be added inside the browser before the report is sent? That way if the TEE breaks at least not all would be lost...
It would be hard to predict the amount of noise to be added. Noise gets added, by looking at the overall data and then figuring out an optimal delta of noise to be added. It would be impossible for a single browser to know the overall delta of the data.
