Pull up the 2nd reason defined in Section 3 of the 14th Amendment that they are TOTALLY ignoring. It's actually an update to the 1st Amendment as a result of the Civil War and defines limits on it.

Mitch McConnell, held open a spot open on the Supreme Court, because Obama was President, (didn't consider him a real president) and then felicitated this current crop of unqualified (looking at you Kavanagh) persons to become Supreme Court justices. As with anything, if it doesn't have to do with money, then trump, being transactional? He was given a name by the federalist Society, in trade for whatever? or favorable ruling in the future? And so here we are, a Supreme Court contemplating the absurdity, that of 46 Presidents, only trump's claims and need of "absolute presidential immunity" what a... joke!
I just hope each and everyone of the jury are brave enough to find Trump quilty!
