ACT - we make COLD FORMED buildings easy.
COLD FORMED buildings get used for residential building and often times as dwellings. Residential buildings (dwellings) need designed to the Residential Building Code. ACT provides the Structural Engineering which should be combined with the others areas requiring design under the Residential Building Code such as thermal, electrical, windows, elevations, stairs, etc, etc which when all combined together form a complete permit application. The Customer Purchase Agreement available through the ACT system includes a clause indicating the building is not designed to the Residential Building Code and if the buildings intended use is residential then the customer MAY need to employ a company/person who is qualified to design to the Residential Building Code.
ACT Building Systems provide business systems allowing roll-formers, building manufacturers, and building re-sellers, to set up & add value to customer/dealer/distributor networks for the supply, selling, and or construction of COLD FORMED steel buildings.
