    At 1:34 the video incorrectly indicates that the occipital protroberance is the occipital condyles. I have no way to modify the video at this point. Please note this when watching the video.

    The bump on the back of the head is the external occipital protuberance, not the occipital condyle. The condyles are inferior and lateral to the protuberance and cannot be palpated on a living human head.

    The bump at the back of the head we feel at 1:38 is the external occipatal protuberence not the occipital condyle. Labelled properly but stated incorrectly.

    The bump on occipital bone is external occipital protuberance not condyle, isn't it?

      Yes, labeling mistake. Can't fix it now without taking video off UA-cam.

    Ethmoid is the bone between the eyes and above the nose, isn't. It?

    • @lisaweberdc
      @lisaweberdc  7 років тому +3

      The ethmoid bone runs vertically from the cranial cavity through the nasal cavity dividing it in half. You can identify the ethmoid at several places - at the cribiform plate in the cranial cavity, at the perpendicular plate in the nasal cavity, at the superior and middle nasal conchae, and in the eye orbit.

    Maxilla lower jaw bone? Sorry, please explain.

    • @LRHommen
      @LRHommen 7 років тому

      It's an error, the mandible is the lower jaw bone.
      The orange portion she circles is in fact the maxilla, the upper jaw.
