THIS Japanese grilled chicken you will want EVERY meal! Yakitori is a Japanese method of grilling meat. It doesn't take a large grill, in fact a hibachi would be perfect for it. Be sure to "like" and subscribe!
ingredients
chicken (thighs are best)
garlic (one head)
ginger (few tablespoons to your liking)
honey (1/4 cup)
sugar (few tablespoons)
brown sugar (1/4 cup)
soy sauce (lite one bottle)
and a big appetite!
