Iam just wondering for the live and stay conditions in the condition there is not written about to stay for 3 years if i can show the tax return for three fiscal years than do i need to stay for whole 3 years to comply with this condition?
Thanks Suman. I have a question, why has the government scrapped the income criteria? If there no income and no residency requirement on 491, then what is the government geting out of this visa? People can come, file a zero tax and leave, do this for 3 years and then file 191.

Im 494 primary applicant Nominated South Australia live in Adelaide South australia, is it okay my wife live in Geelong which is Regional area, we are different residential address? Thank you
Regarding Condition - 8578. I updated my employment details i.e., employers address & address of employment etc. much after 14 days. Is it going to affect my application when I file for permanent residency?

I think to file the tax returns, you have to stay in aus for 6 months in a year

491 conditions are not clear at all :((( How long people can stay overseas for holidays on this visa? it says travel as many times as you want
