Please pray? A certain coworker uses his leadership at the job to emotionally manipulate women. He's not regenerate in the faith. Although he's been given the gospel, he has not repented of being the enemy in disguise. Then acts like he did nothing wrong at all. He's deceived & needs the blinders lifted unto salvation.

What are some his strategies?
Basically lies and deception. He takes the truth (in part) and then puts a spin on it until it is facing the other direction. The deception part is the promise of pleasure and achievement of what we desire. He offers a shortcut for success and happiness but leaves out the true cost and the truth that we are not going to be satisfied.

Deception and temptation are some key ones.
That the attacks of evil spirits involve lies is implied in Eph 6:14, which talks about truth as one defensive weapon against them. Furthermore, Rev 12:9 describes Satan as the one who deceives the whole world, which surely implies that demons act likewise. Similarly, Rev 20:8, 10 refers to Satan deceiving the nations which, again, implies that evil spirits do the same.
As far as tempting is concerned, in 1 Thess 3:5 Paul refers to Satan as ‘the tempter’, and he expresses concern that the Thessalonians might have given in to temptation. This verse therefore surely implies that evil spirits attack Christians by tempting. The accounts of Jesus’ temptation in the wilderness in Matt 4:1-11 and Luke 4:1-13 also fit well with the idea that evil spirits are able to tempt Christians. And so does the account of the fall of humans in Gen 3:1-19.
Satan watches us to determine our behaviour. whatever you are most interested in, he will tempt you to exaggerate it and draw you away from God. First deception, drawing away and then destruction.
