Yes even a endoscopic image was also given in the same q shoeing multiple polyp like lesions in the lateral wall.
And that image did not erode the eyeball

Sir the 76 year old female wala question was an MRI image , the lesion was white and cortical bone was black on the radiogram , and the lesion was not expanding into brain , I couldn't find the MRI image online but I have found the identical ct image by googling "inverted papilloma mri coronal section " but not sure if that was indeed the answer . One of the option was squamous cell carcinoma of maxilla the history was also bit long , although don't remember it now
In question no 11... Term was not epistaxis .... There was nasal obstruction .in a female of 65 yrs with blood mixed discharge.... There was also an endoscopic image of the nose with the radiographic image

yeah... i guess scenario was of RTA....and some other injuries was also mentioned..along with this xray
and asked which was not done on primary survey...
i chose log roll coz in trauma with multiple injuries...log roll is avoided in primary survey due to aggravating potential spine inujry.
