Cool fit. I tried it out, works pretty well. Ended up adding an "Evasive maneuvering" implant so I could stay at optimal range more easily. Got into the danger zone during a 2 "Devoted Knight" (Sansha cruisers) spawn, got capped out and was down to 25% armor before I got far enough that I could regain the cap. Orbiting them at 15-20km and pulsing the MWD worked to take them out in the end.
Yeah, I shoot the first from 15km with scorch then charge the second one at 5km with conflag and only 1 repper runing to offset the neuting, no problem at all, for this fit 3 or 4 kikimoras in a wave is the only problem ( you need at least 300dps with conflags for those) and need to kill the webbers immidately or you are toast.
I noticed you have rarely covered the Worm for abyss (only 2 videos I could find). I’m currently working my way up through abyss like you are on the T0 to T6 however I’m going to the worm then Gila and hoping to get into a Rattlesnake for trig hunting. I’d like to see what you think a worm could do in T1-T2 with a more current video! Good luck on your journey, it’s been super fun to watch!
This fit worked for a long time and I didn't think it could die. Ultimately it did die to a wave of triple webbing Kiki's and 2 damaviks. I'm not sure what happened. Maybe I could have gotten through but somehow they broke my tank and I was having trouble breaking the remote reps.
This is the only reliable fit for T2 in a frigate and it's my goto abyss ship. Don't need implants with it but you do need the relevant skills to 5. Fights are fast and simple, kills double devoted knights easy as well as angels but there is a 'death wave' where I have lost 2 times so far and thats 3 Kikimoras + 2 cruisers whatever they are called, there's just too much dps incoming while they are reping themselves so it takes too long to kill them. I have survived 3 Kikis+one cruiser as well as 4 Kikis (just about with lot of reper overheating but when I get the death 3+2 wave I know I'm dead. Anything else is fast and relaxed farming, it earns 40-50 mill / hour (4 runs) which is better then T3s in a Zealot, in my experience. So I skip T3s and only do T2s with retro and T4s with Zealot but I do preffer the Retro, no drones or approaches to think about, just start with orbiting the can while you kill the small stuff then approach the big guns (at an angle of course)
u know u can swap lets say ur orbit range by just olding down the R-click and pushing your cursor outside the radial menu? if u R-click on the target will only work once, but if u do this on your ship is gonna make it as default. (R-click or L-click... depends your default setting, i use R-click for the radial menu)
Hi i got a question, I am almost done whit training Adv Weapon Upgrade lvl 4, but at the moment i'm still having problems whit powergrid. So i hope to fix it whit that skill leveling. At the moment i am at -2.3 whit the fit you shared. But i think i need to train to lvl 5 whit Adv Weapon Upgrade. I was done training Enegy Grid Upgrade 5 today. Hope you can help me what Im doing wrong.

I really like ur Eve content. I am however a bit disappointed that for the most majority of ur frigate abyssal content its all done in the electrical environment...would love to see some other frigate in a different environments. Looking forward to more videos.
I've been running a ret with an AB and dual heat sinks rather than reps in T1 abyssals. It tears through them in record time. I've considered going up to T2, but a few of the rarest and most elite of the rats really tests the tank. To the point I had to overheat on an elite sansha to not die. I swapped one of my rigs for more resist and it's been less hair raising. Thinking I will try out a MWD after seeing this to more quickly get to the loot and in optimal distance. Hopefully can get my longest clears down under eight minutes. Get my fast clears in under five? I sure hope so. T2 doesn't seem worth the risk and cost of filaments.

for whatever reason this fit always dies on a 3 kikimora wave. no matter what i do, whether i kite or keep transversal up it always fails.

After a lof of searching i found that i can train armor rigging and this will get me the 0.7 energie i need to get the job done
Did you encounter Devoted Knight with this fit? I have big problem with him in T1.
Devoted Knights are THE hurdle for Retribution. So curious about that myself…usually you need beams to kite more than one (I thought)
Knight has modest tracking - 21. So if you with pusle lasers you can try to orbit it on 15 km with afterburner switched on. Try on test server first.

Devoted knight, i always get up close, orbit at 5k and blast with the pulse lasers.
@@markvanderloos2422 That's a death sentence, honestly.
Room with 4 kikimoras wrecked me in 1 minute(
How did you find 4 Kiki in T2?
@@maggoteye87 i don t know, i just used filoment and in first room there was 4 kikis
@@pharaon5169 It's 3 kikis and one damavik i think. Yeah it can't survive this room nor the devoted knight 96% of the time.
@@alanwatts8239 Nah, i remember that like yesterday. There were 4 kikis
4 Kikimoras Approved, got not enough DPS and died

Thanks,I have done a lot of dark sites as well
Isk/h retribution t2 abbys ?
I cannot make this build. It shows -1 energy grid - What skills am I missing?
Same here - I'm 1.22 energy too low
Do you have a solution?
I died in this after running a couple, because i was dumb enough to orbit 2 tessera's at 1km. I'm very not used to doing frigates, ahahaha.
What is the best ship and fit for T-0 ? So many videos and can't tell which is best.
His Corax fit for t0 works good

same but everytime i go up to T2s i get obliterated
@@Allhavengames T2 definately isn't worth it.
I either run into a demivak or twilight overmind and just get wasted before i can even get there, ive been trying to do t2s since i started this game
been doing T3 in a Gila now guess i finally got T2 lol. next step is T4 Gila
