I got the standard version (Matte covering + springs) and it became my main instantly (over WR M V9 and WR M V10). I use stock settings for tension and I forgot what lubricants I used but I think it was both FZ, Weight 3 for inside tracks and DNM-37. This cube is a beast for the price range and I was able to get it for $16 AUD or around $11 USD excluding shipping and I recommend it heavily, with the standard price it might even be an RS3M V5 killer. Great review and it’s interesting to hear someone else’s opinions. I’m surprised you found your version sluggish, as I found my version extremely fast but somehow controllable OOTB, which is my dream feel. I am yet to get a GAN 15 but when I do I’ll be very interested to see how it stacks up, I tried one at a comp and it felt like it had potential to be on par or even better than my Hudong, but the person who let me use it had it on extra loose tensions. For anyone wondering, this cube does have a small issue with corner turning but it’s not the worst. Thanks for uploading this video!
@@infrences thank you for taking the time to write such an insightful comment! That sounds like a nice setup. I do like my cubes very fast, everyone says they’re too loose, but it’s what I feel most comfortable solving on. I agree that this cube has amazing performance and if you can find one for $11 USD you absolutely should get it.
