Found your channel through your endoscopy experience video and I’m so glad to have found someone else who has similar anxieties. The “not catching something soon enough” is my biggest fear, too! Even once I’ve calmed myself down, I start to get fearful that calming down would make me less likely to notice if something really WAS wrong. Annoying brain. 😂 The stories of doctors misdiagnosing or not taking patient concerns seriously until it was too late are really hard for me.
I’ve felt very alone with my health anxiety and so it’s nice to hear someone share that they’re feeling/have felt what I feel. Glad to know you’re in a better place with yours! Cheers from Washington state.
Edit: I would love to hear your advice about what you’ve been doing to help your health anxiety. 👍🏽

Some others that came to my mind:
One time I ate a peanut and randomly convinced myself that I was allergic to peanuts
I bumped my head whilst rehearsing and spent the 72 hours HYPER monitoring for any symptoms after someone told me they had a friend die after lightly bumping their head
    More will come to mind!

In contrast I have terrible health anxiety but for trivial things with emetophobia like norovirus and food poisoning. I also have anxiety about cancer ever since my grandmother passed away with oesophageal cancer. I have hiatus hernia which causes nausea which makes my anxiety worse and found your video of iqoro and I have ordered one as I couldn't get on nhs prescription I hope the investment will help me reduce my anxiety.

I hear you. Similar, I've also got a lot wrong with me too TBF. Easier said than done, but keeping calm is carrying on, is all that we can do. I have lots of scary symptoms daily, but I've always tried to avoid Drs.
I have iQoro, it has helped as has diet, working towards SIBO testing, vocal coach, respiratory physio. I lost a lot of weight, muscle and mobility with SARS2 Alpha and Acute Long Covid. I had a SLV the year before, ill for months broke a rib. By the time I'd had Alpha I had a sliding HA. I calmed - still do - that with exercises etc. You have to use a multi pronged approach. I hope that helps ✌️🤞👍💜😊

I really empathise. I've a lot wrong with me anyway TBH, I have lots of symptoms weekly, but I try to avoid doctors (when some would run screaming to their GP), especially with weakened immunity and noscomial Drs surgeries. Although to be fair, I've had two friends in and out of hospital with scary symptoms, unvaxxed, poor immunity, they didn't catch SARS2. Im still plugging away to try and have a breath SIBO test.
I think that creative, sensitive souls, find it hard being in our flesh overcoats 💜💜💜
HIV back in the 1980s, when I was traveling for work, regardless of sexual orientation, was really challenging, back then tptb wouldn't let us know if one could catch it from a loo seat! I'm sure they knew, it more than likely it came (from my research - ignore Wikipedia and other shills), like weaponised hemorrhagic fever (Ebola), from the same lab, in, iirc, Africa. HIV hasn't to the best of my knowledge been found in flora a fauna. All these tails about a 1930s sailor's monkey with it, or similar, etc "follow the science/trust a scientist" I think that's 🐂💩💔
All we can do, easier said than done, is keep calm and carry on, sadly life can be really stressful in the past few years.
It would be good to hear of your coping strategies and toolbox for coping 👍✌️🤞✌️💜😊
