Heyyyyyy. Ok. A tour of the clubhouse. Pool. Flo-rider. Bars. Restaurant. Even the sale center/clubhouse is lovely. Sitting areas. Well, it is a resort. You said rental and I think you said can’t stay longer than 30days? So the Laguna 2 or townhome cannot be purchased as a primary residence all year? A kiddie play area. Nice wow. The dude on the flo-rider was good. Both of them. Fitness center. Its like a yoga/dance studio. A teen area too? Nice. Very very nice Marlon. Thanks so much and see you next video.

yes had to showcase some of these amenities! and owners can't stay for more than 30 days. There will be a residential side coming later where owners can stay all year long and utilize the amenities.
