Well there you are If you down a captain that is not a beast-slayer and execute him with a caragor while he's on the ground he will be executed by it 100%
this DLC did Talion dirty. His fortresses are full of weak orcs, are poorly defended, and he himself fights like a worse nazgul...Also I did not know you could just straight up not recruit the Orc Captains by running away. Learn something new every day.
